    Pretty darn fun figure.
Stoked even more that it's only $25 at Targets right now, which makes my previous indecisiveness at buying one fade away as I wasn't sure I wanted to pay the full Leader price for it. Certainly wouldn't pay more than $55, but the $25 I paid feels food.

I even looked at a bunch of Targets over the weekend to try to get extras to help out others at the lower price, but only found this one.

Felt the same way too getting him for that low price really made an easy decision I just don't know how long Targets gonna keep this Transformers prices though I assume its either Memorial Day sales or one of their price slashing.

I mean, that's not Tigerhawk using anything. That's just a 1990's era narrator. Honestly, Tigerhawk would be a ridiculously good candidate for being retroactively seen as non-binary, given their origin and the fact that they seem just... Kind of above the concept of gender. They're there to be an emissary of the Vok and identifying as anything is a waste of time.

Anyway, picked this up since it was the price of a Deluxe. Haven't opened it yet. But it's kinda nice to get a Leader-Leader and not a Voyager+. I don't remember the last time I got one.

I stick with pronouns the Transformers production teams (cartoon, toys, etc.) use for characters. I would love to see a good, nuanced official piece that delves into Tigerhawk's actual gender identity, as the Emissary of the Vok, and then after Airazor's and Tigatron's sparks merge into this body after Tarantulas purged the Vok from it. Tigerhawk in general is such a unique character, it's a shame they only show up for three episodes as the "see the true scope of our endgame" character.

Same here. I'm honestly surprised how much I'm enjoying this figure especially since my issues with it are still there (lack of wrist rotation, can't really move the tiger head, etc). I guess pricing it at $25 really helps forgive a lot of sins.

Came into the thread to see if anyone had fixed this issue before me and this is at least some good news that it's likely not actually "breakage" that's happening, just a dislodging of the shitty little ratchet tooth. I will eventually pull this apart. Wanted to check this thread as I've found him at retail locally with a more stiff neck joint and wanted to know if it was worth me buying again to fix the issue even though I've put in the gap fillers on this one already.

My initial review was flawed…..so deleted it…

After spending some time with the figure and multiple transformations…it has grown on me….

A big issue I initially had was with the crotch gaping open or coming apart when moving the legs…this seems to have subsided after working the legs and softening that 1 click leg lock? Not sure what you would call it…..

Glad I found this figure for 24.49…

Yeah, got this guy for $25 but still haven't opened it. I thought having it in hand would enthuse me, plus I had the original. And yet I can't bring myself to really care. I might sell it. It looks like a solid revamp, but the character got screwed over so much by the show I somehow have less affection for them than a random figure I have absolutely no connection to in fiction (see: my unbridled enthusiasm for Cybertron Starscream).

Incidentally, I watched clips on YouTube of BW trying to get hyped for the character and Tigerhawk gets referred to in the show as "it." So maybe that's the clearest pronoun here. "Them" still makes the most sense.

But yeah. Prolly gonna try to resell it.

Megatron calls Tigerhawk "it", whereas Rattrap uses "he" right afterwards.

Found this at target the other day...looked at it for 5 min..looked at the $35 price..and sat it back down.

Had to go to target today to pickup a prescription, and it was still there, got some coupons from the CVS, and said screw it..its a leader for $30.

I hate it. There is not one single redeeming quality about this figure at all, and I think it is hands down the worst newer figure I've held.

I opened it with my son..who usually sees the brightside of everything. We tried to get behind the bot mode..but the wings are SO limited, don't like the proportions..and it just does not feel right.

I was very surprised when my son...who ALWAYS can find something cool or redeeming...said " Dad..im sorry, but you bought a stinker. You called it the other day when you said you would hate it and you put it back."

There is not a single good thing I have to say about this one.

Agreed. I got him a few weeks ago, and he is such a great figure. He's solid and impressive.

Yes. Love the headsculpt and his presence on the shelf alone makes him worth it.

I mean. If you don't like the design of Tigerhawk, then no matter how quality the figure is or isn't you won't care for it.

Personally, I think he's a very good Tigerhawk. I don't know if that makes him a figure I want at all. I picked him up for $25 and I'm genuinely struggling to give a damn about the figure.

I would like to hear more from a critical view about the figure. Because that poster seems to have been in a similar boat as me when we both picked it up and I'm concerned I'll be in the same boat if I open it.

I do have to say, I'm a bit salty we got Tigerhawk when Depth Charge is a much more popular, relevant character who is in much more need of an update.

Wait, what? You’re trolling right bro? Right??

In all seriousness though, I’m more shocked at how consistently my perspectives and opinions of toys have almost always aligned with yours over the years… until now.

I’ll try not to hold it against you…
