For this price, I cannot believe they did not include his minicon, Drill Bit. I got it pre-ordered with Amazon, but not sure I will not cancel it. A bigger-than-expected price jump for sure. There are alot of other better figures to get with the $199.99.

Man, they really hate BW Inferno, don't they? The last of the Season 1 BW updates to get his own figure (and after 25 years since the last one, no less) and he gets immediately killed on the box by their Titan.

Anyways, if I didn't have Cybertron Metroplex, this would be cool. But I do, and this has a slightly better vehicle mode but otherwise is comparable in everything but size. And is 5x the price of the original. So pass.

Next to Waspinator, wasn't Inferno the other guy who kept getting blown up?

I like the idea of massive Bagger288 but, for £200 I would want the Minicon and key to go with him.

Tidalwave at £200? I would have found a way to justify it, Megalo Convoy? Fraid not

You honestly could say that about every BW Predacon minus Megatron, Blackarachnia, and Rampage. Or they'd get smushed. Darned Season 3 and its overemphasis on cartoony comedy...

See this is what I don't get. There's this weird simultaneous argument that "the fandom won't shell out $200 for this" but also "3Ps are going to make a killing on add-ons."

"Fandoms" like this are the primary market for kits. 3Ps won't make kits for figures they don't think anyone will buy.

Also, if you think the figure is too expensive, who are these phantom buyers who simultaneously shell out $200 for a figure they think isn't worth it only to shell out what'll likely be at least $50-60 in add on kits to finish it off?

I've said it before: Hasbro is starting to wise up to what the 3P market will bear. They know certain things can be left out to keep the figure relatively attractive at whatever price point because a 3P will swoop in with an add on kit for those who care enough.

    Yeah, I know...

    ...but, you know...

    C'mon...

Either way, I'm happy we're getting one. Give us the Fuzors and Rampage, and I'll be 100% satisfied with the Beast Wars crew.

I'm thinking maybe the reason inferno is in pieces is because it's a hint that voyager inferno comes disassembled?

More than any figure that has yet to be released, I'd really love to see an HC Book of all the box art from Combiners Wars forward. The box art just keeps better and better and this one might be the best one yet.

Same. One of those lay-flat coffee table books would be fantastic.

I'm not suprised about the $200 asking price...these titan figures are boutique figures. Lots of G1 talk surrounding a Unicron Trilogy figure, I thought people were getting tired of G1.

It doesn't look like they G1ified it... unless if I'm just stupid? (also a possibility tbh)

Megatron left the chat when this Scottish boy showed up.
