They should have just released it this way as this years Titan+ instead of Cybertron Metroplex. I know it would have cost more that's why I said Titan+ lol
I don\'t really have a connection with these guys and this is just a repackaged version of them all, so skip for me.
China had a similar offering for Volcanicus in late 2018/2019. Both are an easy pass. I was a huge fan of the TT UW combiner box sets, I have all 11 they are amazing. But these just being outer boxes for the individual packaging inside is nothing special. It's sad to think we may never get anything as good as those UW display boxes ever again.
If they wanted to go with the plasticless package, they could do a mocked up version that had printed photos of the toys inside. In fact, that may actually be to our benefit if they did such a thing...as it would allow them to print a retro-styled boxed set mock-up but package the figures inside more efficiently. Smaller package, cheaper shipping... ---- You know, given the size of them, the Core Dinobots would be a good candidate for something like this. A G1 looking throwback box with some original 80s lookin' Volcanicus art. Or even a boxed set that replicates the original Dinoking or Monstructor art for the inevitable repaints.
That’s about what I was thinking. I kind wish they did that with the G1 Movie Hot Rod and Starscream.
This is kind of lazy for a box set if you ask me. Boring packaging with a not so great render slapped on the front. Plus just having the figures in their original packaging shoved in the box.... It could have been executed a lot better imo.

Get out of here. I love my Megalo Convoy! He was a figure I thought would never get an update. Now we just need Live Convoy and Flame Convoy to finish the set!
TBH, making us wait almost a year to be able to complete him was a dick move by Hasbro, especially given some of the availability issues with a couple of the Stunticons. He should have been available in one or two waves. Menasor is, however, amazing, so I'm not too upset.
Nice, see I really didn't care about the character. I liked Cybertron but I would have rather they did a proper update of Optimus/Galaxy convoy instead of the one we got that I skipped because it was lackluster.
Dang if I could have gotten this I would\'ve waited but I have no idea how expensive it is to get Chinese exclusives.
You know, I get that this new version isn’t perfect but staring at the entire thing put together, and, yeah, he’s great. Soooo much better (and more stable) than the CW version. This is a cool way to go all in at once.
