…There is no Legacy Wave 4? This is Legacy Evolution Wave 1, Breakdown is in the regular Legacy packaging to match his teammates for in-box collector’s. This was discussed in the Evolution reveal livestream.

Nope, there were the new Core classes, the same g*ddamn Elita-One that's been there for a month, and zero other Deluxes.

Just picked up Hot Shot at the Euclid Target! He was the only one on the shelf from the wave. When i took him to price check and see if the rest were in the back and he didnt even show up in the system. Take him to guest services and they cant find him any where in the system. Its like a ghost. They ended up selling him to me for the price of a funko pop so i snagged him for $11!

They will get in whatever the distribution center sends them. If they have Wave 2, they will send it.

For those wondering why the "Legalution" (Legacy: Evolution) figures are not ringing up at the registers nor appearing in Target store databases is because they have not yet appeared on Target.com.

In the past when I have asked Target if they have brand new Transformers in stock, the employees look on the website and if they do not find it, they have told me, "check the website," so from my personal experience with Target if a Transformers figure is not on Target.com, it will not appear as "in stock" at a Target store. I hope this clarifies anyone's confusion about why the deluxe figures are being sold at below retail prices and are not being found in the system at checkout.

Note: The day of typing this comment, January 24, 2023, the only Legalution figure on Target's website is voyager class Leo Prime, who is listed as "out of stock."

Walmart hasn’t gotten wave 2 or 3. It appears they have been continuously restocking wave 1 throughout last year. Walmart is pretty much a ‘don’t bother’ for hunting unless it’s exclusive.

Unfortunately Walmart seems to be uninterested in ordering new mainline stock, and Target is but never orders enough. Thankfully we have online retailers to cover for the continuous failure of brick & mortar retail.

Oh? Cool - They had Lazerbeak, Soundblaster and Sludge. I did not realize that was also a first sighting, I would have taken better photos. Newsworthy perhaps @Black Convoy ?

It's going to be really hard for everyone to complete the Stunticons.

I would try local comic shops. One near me got each Stunticon release, and still has Dead End and Wildrider on the shelf. Yes, prices are a couple dollars higher than retail, but better than $40 on eBay or Amazon 3rd party sellers.

Once again: From a marketing perspective, it's Evolution wave 1. From a distribution perspective, it's Legacy wave 4 (or "2023 W1" or "5L03").

Both are correct depending on your perspective. Why do you people absolutely need to have a definite "right" and "wrong" instead of accepting that it's amatter of perspective? This is like Rumble and Frenzy all over again.

If you want it to be Evolution wave 1, then yeah, it is. But it's also Legacy wave 4. One being right doesn't make the other wrong. Both are right.

No, the assortment definitely has been reset with each line.

Combiner Wars, Titans Return and Power of the Primes all had separate assortments. Same for Siege, Earthrise and Kingdom.

Evolution continues the Legacy assortments. It's like Robots in Disguise getting the "Mini-Con Weaponizers" and "Combiner Force" subline imprints, or Cyberverse getting the "Power of the Spark", "Battle for Cybertron"/"Bumblebee: Cyberverse Adventures" and "DInobots Unite" subline imprints. Those weren't separate toylines either.

You can consider each subline imprint as their own distinct thing with their own wave numbers, or you can consider them as ongoing assortments. Same with Legacy, but not with CW/TR/PotP or Siege/Earthrise/Kingdom.
