I just hope someone can figure out how to fix the issue where the bike wheels won't roll when the shurikens attach
And how to fix the busted gears in the shurikens

 

Not sure where you’re getting that info from. Sounds like an individual QC issue? No gearing issue on my copy and the wheels spin freely with or without them attached.

 

Chefatron's review of it showed those issues, but I'm glad to hear it's not a universal problem

 

You gotta remember that these are factory samples that are likely to have been QC rejects and most likely have some issues

But tbh I'll be waiting for this guy to be redecoed into probably Rad or G1 Override.

 

Is he yellowing? or is that just his plastic color?

Just the plastic color, but it looks like the crotch piece might be painted tan and there's a slight mismatch between that and the tan plastic. Nothing near ER Sunstreaker levels of severity though.

 

Now that you say it I think it is, never noticed but yeah compared to other color matching it's not that bad.

I really want to like this Prowl, but then his chin gets in the way.

 

I think the chins fine. Wish it was painted gold but not the end of the world.

 

Another thing that bothers me is those crests, they should be closer to the eyes.

I would have get this guy right away is he turned out like this.


I gotta say your photos of Legacy Prowl improve how I see this figure.

That’s good to hear. He’s not perfect but he is a fun figure.

And the head looks so much better in person - doesn’t look big on the figure. Looks pretty good next to Legacy Bulkhead also.

 

99% of the time, if you think the head looks too big in leaked in-hand previews, mentally try to shrink it by 10-15%. That's a specific side effect of cell phone photography, how most people looking for their ten-second internet clout take those pictures.

He has incredible balance. Very fitting for him.
