RESPECTFULLY, the fact he can actually use 5mm accessories is already an improvement.

 

With how excellent Prowl's turned out this just makes me wanna see the rest of Animated get the same treatment. :|

 

Finally a legacy animated toy now cyberverse is next.

 

Not gonna lie...but I'd love to see at least one fembot release from this mold, as I'd like to at least see one bike fembot not have a huge backpack for once.  

 

I know the prime fans are fuming again..because those figures definitely aren’t getting this treatment

Prowl is only…slightly…. G1ified?

The original Animated Prowl is better. Easily.

 

Junkions 2: Love the bike. Bot modes a bit messy, not feeling that as much as Scraphook.

the prominent autobot logo is interesting , I don’t remember Wreck-gar, Scrapheap or Scraphook having one…

Prowl looks incredible. Much better at making him fit within those G1 aesthetics while still capturing the original design, unlike the Prime figures from 2021. Really looking forward to Optimus; hopefully we get Lugnut, Megatron and Swindle too.

 

Uhhhh, that was unexpected. I'm in love with that prowl though. Definitely combines the animated style with g1 style better then Legacy Prime universe year 1. Junkion 2 looks rather generic but that it the point and for what it is, it looks nice.

 

Some random thoughts on them.

Prowl looks pretty good, surprisingly faithful to his OG design. Bike mode is a bit strange though that may due to the animated designs being much more sleeker while this is slightly chunkier.

Junkion 2 is badass, Just like Junkheap this is a bought at first sight.

 

Not for me, but groovy nonetheless.
Glad fans of Animated are getting some love.

"Legacy Evolution Deluxe Animated" rolls right off the tongue. Why is it so hard for Hasbro to come up with sub-line names that are limited to one word?

 

They’ve been killing it with the bikes latley. AT Prowl will go great with PR Arcee as a OC duo. If Prowl isn’t a ER repack, this must mean the Dirge and Ramjet listings aren’t likely G1 repacks either. Could see Ramjet being the Armada/Universe 03 one but IDK about another Dirge besides the BW2 predacon.

Prowl is a pretty big downgrade from the original toy but still within acceptable margins for a modern toy I guess

Junkion looks pretty neat.
