I know there are a lot of people that hate on the guy, but honestly, I got into basketball as a sport because of him and the Cavs, and it'll be fun to see him back on the team. And the letter he wrote was a really good read, shows that he has grown as a person since 2010.

Spurs need to be on notice, '07 revenge incoming.

Irony. 4 years ago the owner of the Cavs writes a childish rant about Lebron and the city/fans are burning jerseys and tearing down statues. And he's returning to a city that has NEVER won any championship. Ever. In any sport. But hey, it's about winning, right?

one correction The Indian won the World series in 1920 and 1948.

That said I am a but surprised Lebron signed with the Cavs.

The Heat ownership must have really screwed things up if LeBron James is returning to the Cavaliers. He's got a younger core to work with, but he's probably lost at least a few more titles while helping this team become contenders.

I'm just glad I don't have to hear about his "Decision" about where he is going to play.

    That's why he's returning though.

Nah. The draw of playing at home and winning in Cleveland does more for his legacy than winning more championships in Miami would (which wasn't a given considering Wade's health and lack of a bench or frankly anyone outside the Big 3).

If they get K-Love without trading Wiggins the team is STACKED.

Lebron did Cavs a favor when he left...they wouldn't have sucked the last 4 years and get 3 number 1 picks during that time. Now with Lebron coming back the Cavs will now have a team with 4 number picks on roster (James, Irving, Bennett, Wiggins). I don't think this has ever happened before.

Not getting K-Love? Maybe not this year, but guaranteed next year. And once that happens you've got a team better than the Heat were.

Cavs not going to have cap space to sign Love. Lebron and Irving are on Max deals. Love will want a Max deal. Cavs had to trade away Jarred Jak just so they can have enough cap space to sign Lebron to Max deal. The era of 3 Max guys on one team is over with the recent CBA. Even the big 3 in Miami had to take less than Max to fit under the cap and that was BEFORE the cap was reduced since the latest CBA.

Sign and trade would allow it. That's why they're pushing for it now, so they don't have to work so hard on cap space if he were a straight up FA. You really think they'd be extending a trade offer to the T-Wolves if they didn't think they'd have the cap space?

Sign and trade would mean Cavs would need to give Wolves someone(s) similiar contract money and probably nice picks (with Lebron the picks won't be lottery picks anymore). Who does Cavs have to trade? Wolves will want at least Wiggins plus maybe some expiring contracts to fill out the contract for contract money trade.

Bennet + Waiters + two 2015 first round picks. Since the Warriors aren't giving them Klay anymore, and Love won't guarantee an extension with many teams, Wolves are in a place where get something for him or get nothing in a year.

What, no ESPN special to announce his decision this time?

Now all they need to do is sign Wade and Bosh. :lol
