While the price hike is disappointing (but not surprising), the character choice is absolutely not disappointing. Very excited to see we're getting him and I'm looking forward to seeing clearer pictures of him in a few months!

The Legacy logo looks to me like a mash up of past Transformers line names from both Hasbro and Takara Tomy. It is the word "Legacy" in English, however the style of print is reminiscent of the Japanese calligraphy used for Takara Tomy's exclusive lines, such as the Henkei line.

I get a real sense of entitlement from some of the responses to this figure. "No! No Cybertron Metroplex! G1 instead! We already have a two-foot tall Metroplex update! And every other titan ever made and another titan in the same year! BUT THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH! IT HAS TO BE A NEW G1 METROPLEX THAT MATCHES THE NEW AESTHETIC!"

If they can give him ratchets that aren't so damn loud that's already a huge improvement. Other than that there's the obvious stuff like ankles and head up/down, as well as hands that can really get a good pose out of the axe.

I'm really hoping he'll have one and it's just not documented here. It would be absolutely wild if Omega Supreme can get his mini con and not Metroplex. Cyber Key is whatever to me, would be nice for an omega-lock though(Voyager Vector when?).

I don't really care about his cyber key being missing, sure the gold on purple is very nice, but his gimmick always sucked, even by cyber key standards.

I have a feeling he'll come with Drillbit in some form.
Has any Titan outside of Devy and Pred not come with an accessory figure?

    OG Metro - Scamper
    Trypticon - Full Tilt
Fort Max - Cerebros (though he was kinda required)
    Omega Supreme - Countdown
Scorponok - Zarak (again, kinda required)
    Ark - Mainframe

Sad that there's no Mini-Con, but I still have my 2005 one so I'll just pull him back out I guess.

Crap figure is now 36 times more expensive than the original.

    Yeah...right.

    Nice try Hasbro.

You have your chance to prove to Hasbro that other Transformers series than G1 worths the shelfs spotlight.

    Don't fail to this.

I was never keen on the original but im glad this opens the door for more series other than just G1, dont get me wrong I love G1 stuff but its nice to branch out.

There are loads of series specific characters that would be great with modern updates ie Armada Sideways, Tidal wave and Demolisher.

I can see your disappointment. Simplified hands, low level of detail in alt mode and robot mode, focus on size at the expense of playability, and one giant, dumb accessory which does little to rescue the rest.
Still, I am glad I got the Ark.

Some of the reactions are pretty funny, but the fandom isn’t a hive mind after all. Everyone on their own has their reason why they like or dislike the figure.

Looks as terrible as the original toy, basically just the robot sitting down with a shovel wheel added. Lame! First Titan Class I will skip. My wallet is thankful.

I'm in general not interested in huge toys, unless they're combiners, so I won't be getting this one, but non-G1 representation is always welcome.

I wonder if they'll do the minicon as a core class figure separately akin deluxe class cog, or maybe as a battle master class if they bring that back. That being said, i hope it is included if that really is the price point we're dealing with for titans now.
