Wow that looks…not very good. I’d rather just have a straight reissue of the TR Metroplex or a tweak of that mold with more modern engineering that keeps a G1 aesthetic.

I really hope this doesn’t mean they’re done with the G1 looks. Still plenty of Autobots and Decepticons left to get in an Earthrise/G1 style. So close to finishing the season one cast

I haven't opened my Metro to this day admittedly but I can definitely see this. As a UT fan I can say I'm actually GLAD we're getting this now instead of 2013 just off of the ankle tilts alone which I don't think T30 Metro had but that does make that Metroplex feel that much worse. Hopefully at some point a better one does come up (heck I wanna see a Metrotitan happen anyway and if it's out of a better mold that'd be a win) but just with how sluggish titans are anyway it's a slim chance of him ever being done the justice he quite frankly deserves.

 

Build Team is 4 Deluxes, they dont need a Titan. Agreed on Rail Racer and Primus, but people would be mad if the latter wasnt a haslab like Unicron.

 

I will reserve judgement until better pics of metroplex surface. The image is not clear enough for me to make a solid opinion

 

Hopefully the guy with a commander/large leader one drawn up is going strong

The guy with a Commander class G1 prime probably locked that guy in a closet.

 

Then our hopes lie with the large leader one hopefully with his Commander Armada or Cybertron Optimus friend

This is Cybetron Metroplex, its not supposed to look like G1. Though they should reissue the T30 toy, the fact that hes going for ~900 is wack.

Also, have you seen the legacy listings for next year? The line is still overwhelmingly G1.

 

It's like 60% G1 and that's the floor.

 

So has it been determined what FOP stands for?

 

I’ve seen the listing rumors, but who knows for sure if they’re keeping the G1/Earthrise aesthetic blend and scale since the WFC trilogy is over. I hope they do. Finally getting a line of affordable figures in scale and in G1 style is what brought me back into Transformers with Earthrise and Kingdom.

In my opinion, I just want takara spinoff molds. Big convoy in particular.

 

I would kill for a Leader class version of Big Convoy. Especially if they pack in the Matrix Buster like that one encore release.

 

Well out of all the things that our Titan could have been, this was at the bottom of the list for me.  I honestly thought Cybertron Metroplex meant a re-issue of the first Titan Metroplex.  Hell, was anyone asking for this one?  The Nemesis with Giant Purple Griffon was coming up more.  I know it\'s looking like Legacy is gonna be a grab  bag line, in terms of continuities, but I\'d have put Energon Omega Supreme or a three pack of Armada Optimus, Jetfire and Overload.  This...  It just doesn\'t have the special feel to it that previous titans did.

Also I\'m still fine with my original Cybertron Metroplex.  And no mention of his minicon.

 

Because judging by kingdom if they give another continuity figures that means that they stop doing G1.
