Someone ripped the file for one of the DLC songs on Rock Band. In it was a list of DLC. It had songs already released...but more interesting than that was a number of titles that have been announced, as well as some that haven't been announced (yet). "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction Behind Blue Eyes Breed Brown Sugar Come as You Are Drain You Lithium Lounge Act On a Plain Pinball Wizard Polly Smells Like Teen Spirit Something in the Way Stay Away Territorial Pissings Wrathchild Zero Rock 'n' Roll Star Hysteria Through the Monsoon Beetlebum Roam Calling Dr. Love The Perfect Drug Teenage Lobotomy March Of The Pigs The Collector Complete Control Truth Hits Everybody Why Do You Love Me? Sex Type Thing El Scorcho Casey Jones Alabama Getaway Sugar Magnolia Truckin' I Need A Miracle Blinded By Fear Thrasher Shadow World Shooting Star Simple Man Message In A Bottle Supernaut Fuel China Cat Sunflower Franklin's Tower Still Alive D.O.A." Some damn good stuff on that list, there is one song in particular though that has me ready to fucking BOW to HMX though. Still Alive Now assuming this is indeed the Still Alive featured over the credits for Portal, which is likely since Harmonix said they wanted to have some video game related music and Still Alive is by far the most requested song, I absolutely LOVE Harmonix now. Until we get some AC/DC, and/or songs I want but know have no chance of making it in (Familiar, Who Am I?, Darkness, Respirator, Starve your Fear, Fly, etc.) this'd be the single best DLC evar.
That would be funny, but I didn't think that song had much for guitar or drums. Should be interesting to see how the rework it. Also. No Pretenter (Foo Fighters) I want to drum that SO bad.
There is a good bit of Nirvana on there. That could be good. I heard a rumor that they were going to release an entire CD on there sometime. I like that idea.

Bolded for a HELL YES! Needs more Foo though.
Hell yeah for the Stones, Who, and Dead songs. Also if that is Jonathan Coulton's Still Alive, that would rock.
It has plenty enough, though the song is primarily for vocalists. It's soft rock, but still rock. Not a rumor. HMX themselves have said they are releasing Nevermind in its entirety, and I think of the songs on that list and what is already there, there is only one song missing from it.
Yes you will!! http://www.joystiq.com/2008/02/24/video-jonathan-coulton-performing-still-alive-rock-band-dlc/ Its coming out! That video has Coulton singing it on Rock Band. Also featuring Leo Laporte. Fucking epic!
Needs more female songs. I mean, I don't mind singing guy songs, but there's only so many girl ones in my range.
I really I am hoping it's Muse's Hysteria. I also hope theres a full pack in the future of Muses. I would love to play Map of the Problematique and Thoughts of a Dying Atheist. Oh and sorry to bump a old thread. Just got Rock Band and it's sweet musical love. Anyone know if they've confirmerd the songs?
...The Perfect Drug? Considering how cut up and sampled the drums were on that track, I'd love to know how anyone's ever expected to play them properly. However, I'm now almost tempted to actually consider buying Rock band, just for that, March Of The Pigs and Supernaut.
