Siege Soundwave didn’t come with tapes and Blaster supposedly comes with One right? Seems like they would justify the budget by making Blaster smaller than a normal voyager and making up the difference with Eject.

 

He comes with Record, Fast Forwards, Pause and Stop.  

Blaster is same size as Soundwave.

Half a head. Blaster is half a head smaller then Prime while Perceptor was a head smaller then Prime.
But they did the same with Soundwave and Seekers. All voyagers unless it comes packed with cassettes like netflix Soundwave being a leader and ss86 Starscream gets leader treatsment.

 

But how big will Eject be? SS86 Rumble is Core class, after all.

Probably will be the same size as frenzy/rumble from Siege. Might be a straight repaint.

 

Is supposedly more faithful to their cartoon look in robot mode so it will have to be a brand new mould and it has to work with WFC Soundwave so it will be very little with extra accessories to compensate.

Man, what I’d give for another shot at Earth mode Soundwave.  

 

Most likely due to his simple transformation scheme he can afford to be bigger while still coming with a cassette. Wreckgar and Hot Rod are both Voyagers in SS86 but Wreckgar is a lot bigger due to his smaller parts count and simple transformation.

Someone asked for a scale comparison! This is UNPRECEDENTED!

 

Ah yes a scale chart from a cartoon where their sizes vary and isn't totally accurate. Right!

 

Wreck gar is more of what we think of as a standard voyager size. There are examples of them going smaller to give us more but I can’t think of any where they just give us more. Siege Soundwave is the best comparison. He was a legit voyager with a pretty simple transformation (since he didn’t really turn into anything) and they didn’t give us a tape. The Netflix version came with 2 and they charged $10 more for it. Obviously I hope for the best but y’know, Hasbro.

I like to think that everyone in the toon is mass shifting all the time like a short guy going to a party in lifts or sticking your chest out on the beach.  
I just go for roughly correct looking, which WFC typically gets right. (I hate Bee being taller than Warpath or Powerglide being taller than Jetfire in my displays, though I don't mind it for desk toys or my son's collection.)

 

Siege Soundwave does also have 3 blasters and all those extra pieces to make his alt mode look like a ship (hinge system on the waist to bring the legs all the way forwards, thruster backpack, landing gear, and those folding panels to make the ship look solid). We will see tomorrow what blaster comes with.
