Tbh I’m not super attached to this repaint so if I do end up picking him up I’m calling him Guard as I’m pretty sure that’s his name. If not whatever else it says on the box.

 

as for DK-3 i'm just gonna call him that and pretend it's a codename like B-127.

If I see another Buzzsaw picture then I’m getting the bug zapper.

 

When is Hasbro making the original Buzzsaw? It's not like it is hard to do, just recolor Laserbeak.

Funny how all the T30 wasps Hasbro and takara had unpainted shoulder circles. Finally the kingdom release painted them. And buzzsaw who's supposed to not have them has them unecessarily painted. Hopefully shoulders are molded from green plastic so the yellow circles can be stripped.

Also what's with the black wings they really make the figure ugly. The original clear green would be beautiful. The bee eyes are green here so did they slap ugly black paint over the clear green wings?

 

Are there 2 versions of this toy, or am I confused? (Which isn’t hard to do…)
1 version is Legacy buzzsaw, the other in the buzzworthy line?

 

The problem is coming up with a compelling repaint for the ravage thats gangmolded to siege/Netflix laserbeak. Since most condor/jaguars come in pairs already.

Howlback has Garboil
Glit has Sundor
Sg Ravage has sg Laserbeak

You could maybe do a vs pack with a Stripes or Blackcat meant to go with Blaster. But that only works if the siege tapes are cross compatible with Kingdom/Legacy Blaster.

Also, according to the rumors, the micromasters failed horribly, thus their replacement by core class. So if we do see any more tapes they'll likely be big multipacks.

 

Damn, I can't wait to get Buzzsaw. I just hope he won't be a pain in the ass to get.

 

There is only one detail that bothers my legs, the gradient they have I like ... but the molded detail is lost a bit I think a little color would help

 

WFC tapes fit in Blaster and SS86 Rumble is likely to be based somewhat on Kingdom Eject and is getting released as a Core Class figure.

 

Very ugly and inconsistent colors.

 

Why are his shoulders green? Weird. Also, do not remember the original toy having such weird bat ears on the helmet.

 

The original toy has both green shoulder and bat ears.

What this one gets wrong is black wings instead of green and unecessarily painting yellow circles on the shoulders. Waspinator has for show accuracy those but incorrect for buzzsaw
