So I will admit it. I like Leader Bumblebee (ducks under the desk!). The transformation is fun, I like the car and robot modes, he scales much better with my other leaders then the battle ops ver, and love the stealth mode. The one thing I could not get around was his lack of right hand. Hasbro had just put a transforming arm on a deluxe, but could not get one on a leader?!? Here is my attempt to set this travesty right!

So I basically got another leader BB and used his arm. Getting the thumb reversed was difficult. I could not get that pin out no matter what I did. So I just lopped the thumb off, and screwed, and epoxy'ed on the right side. It no longer moves independently from the hand, but since the hand moves, no biggie. He still has his arm cannon, which now attaches with magnets.

The gun stores in Robot mode on his back. Still working on a good spot for car mode.

Lastly I here is some shots with him all armored up. I have found out if you chicken leg him a bit, he stands fine with his backpack.

All that's left to do is to fill in and paint the screw holes, give a bit of detail on arm to match his left, and to figure out where the heck to store the arm cannon in car mode. While I did like him before, to me he is much better with two arms.

If you have any feedback on what I can do better, or on what I did right, please let me know. After all learning from you all is the only way I will get better!

working on fixing that. I have already plugged and painted the screw holes. I am trying to find something I can use to add the two yellow lines. If anyone knows of a material I can use, please add in the comments. Figure with those two details done, it should look close enough.

You should be able to acquire some strip styrene thin enough to make the yellow lines. Plastruct and Evergreen have everything you need.

As for Bee himself, you did great. That mod is just what he needed and sure to be done by others.

AAaanddd if you happen to want to rid yourself of that armless Leader BB you have left over shoot me a PM, I may be able to use him for another project.......

like what you did there!! I hate the cannon arm ...I think the cannon looks way too skinny but it likes like you have beefed up that arm with the magnet mod ! nice

Thanks Hank, I will look into that. The donor BB has been almost completely repurposed / sold for scrap. But I might have something that you may be interested in.

I managed to use arms from a junker Leader Brawl for mine. Turned out pretty well.

Looks pretty interesting. Not sure if I care for his cannon arm all that much. But still looks nice overall.

Hey guys, I just wanted to know if there is any way to fix the joint on Bumblebee's cannon arm. The joint on my figure broke internally and I have no idea how to fix it. Do you guys have any suggestions or any idea where to get a replacement from?
