Japanese convenience store Lawson's has a new Transformers movie in-store exclusive with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen or Revenge as it is known here in Japan.

This year's exclusives, available only through Lawson's via their Ticketmaster-like machine Loppi (in stores/online) features two limited exclusives (quantity not specified beyond limited in number): the Autobot set and Decepticon set.

The Autobot set comes with RotF Bumblebee w/EZ Collection Mudflap (only available through this offer), and the Decepticon set comes with RotF Soundwave w/EZ Collection the Fallen (also only available through this offer). Regardless of whichever set you purchase they're priced at 3,150 yen a piece (tax included).

Reservation dates for the sets: 5/01 to 6/29th for online orders; however, in store orders get an additional day, 6/30.

This items will ship on 10/16.

In addition to this, those who wish to purchase pre-paid Transformers: Revenge tickets at Lawson's (1,800 yen) may qualify for a limited edition sticker sheet, while supplies last.

As all exclusive in Japan go, these offers are available only to those IN JAPAN. If you don't speak much Japanese, don't be afraid to ask for help at a Lawson's near you. Either print the page and show it to a store clerk or use lots of gestures while saying transformers over and over--they'll figure it out

Exclusive Legends...

 

That Fallen has more paint on him than the Hasbro one. He has orange painted details near his pelvis.

The Mudflap appears to have silver paint in place of the gunmetal on Hasbro's for the headlights and taillights.

 

compared to the first Movies gold BB this is meh

Honestly, if that BB was gold like the first time, id be going apeshit tryign to get it
but since its not, not too impressed...

 

Why Japan treats Legends class like a high-class collectible again?

Dammit, I hate EZ Collection Exclusives. These better look just like the American release, or there be hell to pay.

 

I was the same, but once I saw those blue eyes peeking out of the plastic bubble at me like an unloved mongrel at an animal shelter, I/he was sold!

I'm so glad I picked him up, the build quality of the preview BB is so much better than my 07 edition and the new, more accurate head sculpt really makes him IMO. I'm not a big fan of light piping (it seldom works to a great effect, and you have to endure a big gob of translucent plastic on the back of the head), so the new edition is a double bonus for me. Painted eyes FTW!

Not a legends fan, but I'll pick up baby Devs if i see them all.

But yeah, my gold Lawson's BB from last time is fantastic. If they gave BB or Soundwave a comparable paintjob I'd be all over it.
