The cardboard was not holding up. So, I got it laminated!

Great work! I've thought about this, but I'm too afraid I'll ruin it somehow. Was it easy to reassemble it?

That's amazing. Some 3P company should've made a plastic version of this.

No, not at all. This is one of the most stressful customs I’ve ever done. Lol.

The hardest part is getting the halo off. I still don’t have a good solution for that. Instead of cutting, perhaps you can blow dry it to separate the glue. I don’t know.

Reassembly is tough too. Lots of hot glue and Velcro. But I’m super happy with the results.

After seeing this, I'm thinking that I'll laminate mine as well, but take it a step further and once laminated, I'll trim out and attach the pieces to some sheets of corrugated plastic, to further increase durability and longevity, as well as increase the overall structural integrity.

    Nicely done!

Oh this is such a good idea! Scans and a svg-cut-paths could be produce to really put some options out there. Maybe I'll bust mine open and break it down....

Perhaps some people could print the designs onto plastic or some other suitable material?

Sure. Great idea. I’ll break it out and try it. The wheel will be hard. I’ll have to figure something out there.

Ohh yeah, I forogt about the wheel, Some one could probably just make a 3D-printed one or something like that. Thanks for scanning though!
