I've made lots of custom Kreons and larger TF figures over the years. I'm too lazy to type out all their names, but I think I did a good enough job that you can tell who they're supposed to be. I do note any MOCs so hopefully no one wastes time trying to guess an impossible ID.

1984 Catalog: (mix of off-the-shelf and my own builds)

Group 1: (The red & purple bot should be orange & purple. The white bot's cones have since been replaced by drill bits.)

Group 2: (inspired by a set from the Kre-O Appreciation Thread)

Group 3: (includes TRUCK IZZ MUNKY!!!)

Group 4: (last on the right are generics)

Group 5: (the three in the middle are a team)

Group 6: (Shattered Glass colors due to parts limitations)

    Group 7:

Group 8: (the middle row is MOCs, front has WIP)

Group 9: (WIP is finished, peg-leg is MOC)

    Group 10:

    Group 11:

    Group 12:

    Group 13:

    Sort of a group:

Action Master Wheeljack's Turbo Racer. The jet mode is backheavy enough that it still rolls.

After uploading the pictures, I noticed I'd put his left headlight in incorrectly. I've since fixed that, and he's symettrical now.

Some Kre-O kits came with extra fists in different poses. I had a thumbs up and pointing hand left over, and made this:

    The Buddy Primus
    [IMG]

I need wheels like the white one. The purple one is too big to turn.

    Treadshot:

This shows the knob you turn to fire the 6 round pieces.

I rebuilt the LEGO monorail to go with Transformer Kreons. Here's Bumblebee driving it when Soundwave attempts a hijacking.
5 pieces separate from the monorail carts...
    ...and recombine into Omega Supreme.
    Soundwave is foiled.
I then rebuilt the Autobot Command Center to go with it:

    Gestalts:

Most of the rear views aren't that interesting, but I wanted to show Hot Spot's ladder and Air Raid & Skydive's nosecones.

    Thanks!
I guess I didn't register Impactor, since he was the last pic large LegoFormer.
But I see it now. :)

    Thanks, everyone.

Autobody is right on both counts: ROTF Dev & Impactor. That first group of microchangers is all Wreckers. I'm thinking of redoing Impactor with Wheelie's helmet. It's the right color, but wrong shape.

This is great stuff. I especially like the micro changer Monstructor and the G1 toy style Ratchet and Ironhide gave me a chuckle. Well done all around.

    More stuff

Remember that lavender Seeker with a flamethrower who was in the first G1 episode for about 3 seconds? Here he is movie-style, flanked by Arcee and Rack'n'Ruin. Putting the chair behind R'n'R made the anvil easier to see against its own shadow.

Here's some MOCs. On the left is a fembot who'd turn into a twin-bladed helicopter like G1 Highbrow or Animated Megatron if I had the skill or patience to make mechs that actually transform. On the right is a pirate-bot inspired by me having an odd number of socket-tiles.
The guy in the middle would be a G1 Windcharger type muscle car mounted on monster truck wheels. He'd transform basically like CHUG sunstreaker, but with the arms forming the rigging underneath the car that elevates it above the oversized wheels.

These have nothing to do with TF. I got the idea for a centaur with different shades of blue from Steven Universe's Malachite.
The bot on the right was inspired by Futurama's Fatbot, done in red since that's what I had for shoulder bricks.

I made a LEGO Vehicle Voltron to go with LEGO Ideas Lion Voltron. He still needs some work, but I need more little pieces to do details.

    Sea Team members: VVsea.JPG

Voltron getting his sea legs: VVsealegs.JPG

    Teams assembled: VVteams.JPG

    Voltron:

With LEGO Ideas Lion Voltron, whose stuff he just stole: VVwlion.JPG
They're pretty close to eye level, which I guess makes Lion Voltron larger, since he stands with his legs slightly spread.

I rebuilt the red jet for Vehicle Voltron, and started a Gladiator Voltron. Here they are with Lion Voltron:
    VehLionGlad.JPG
    and side by side
    VehGlad.JPG
The new air team group shot, and teams shot:
    VehAir.JPG
    VehTeams.JPG
Here's the individual Gladiators. I still have quite a bit of deco work to do, and 3 arms, but am out of the necessary parts.
    GladBots.JPG
In the original toy, the lower torsos folded into the upper torsos, and the thighs collapsed into the lower legs. I made the lower torso split and fold into the lower legs, along with the thighs. Here's how:
    GladLegs.JPG
The only (almost) completed arm is red's right. I need to replace that white with grey. Then finish/build the other 5 arms. Then, I deco the chests and add the greek letters to the legs. But, like I said, I don't have the parts I need. So, I'll have to startlooking for stuff to disassemble.

Ironically, the best candidate would be Lion Voltron. He's got a lot of the red, blue, and black tiles I need. Plus, I could use those shoulder joints to replace the ones in Vehicle Voltron, which don't hold the helicopters on very well, and give Vehicle Voltron a face. I won't do that, butwoukd consider buying another Lion Voltron if I could. The locl B&N had one for a while, but not last time I was there, which was before stay-at-home went into effect.

I spent a couple weeks scouring through old builds, some 30 years old, for parts I needed for Gladiator Voltron. The I disassembled those old builds and rebuilt them with alternate designs to get those parts. I ended up much closer to finishing than I thought I would. Here's the results:
    GladFront.JPG
Here's a side view to show the lettering, which came out a bit better than the front lettering:
    GladSide.JPG
    And a group shot:
    VoltTrio.JPG
I still need smooth flat tiles for the shins and blue torso, more of those light grey wrist pieces, and some of the connector pieces are the wrong color. Other than that, I think I'm done.
