The basic upgrade set for the Kreons has been finalized and includes arm and leg extensions. These extensions upgrade your Kreon minifigures into Action Masters with increased articulation at the elbow, wrist, fingers, knees and ankles. The parts also include ports and pegs that are compatible with standard building bricks like legos and kre-o to allow you to build up further on top of them.

The parts have been tested in WSF and I find that it sucks up paint like a champ. I'll warn you that it will bleed throughout your parts if you don't seal them first but since I've painted each part a solid color it worked out just fine.

I should note that the Optimus upgrade pictured below does not have the basic feet. He is using the upcoming Torso Expansion parts as feet and you can see they give him a bit of height over Blue Streak.

In the final phases of testing is a torso expansion set that grants added height and width to the kreon torso as well as an ab crunch. It also includes parts that could be used as a replacement torso for those wishing to have shorter or possibly fembot Kreons.

In the later stages of development is an Omega upgrade that will beef up a Kreon to towering proportions.

Much more is coming down the pipe as well. For updates and peeks at what is being worked on be sure to join me on facebook or twitter. Links below in signature.

    Thanks :D

There's nothing in my shop that's $30 so I'm not sure what you're looking at. This basic kit starts at $17.50 and goes up depending on the material used.

Thanks man, I've heard that you can sand it but I've never tried. It's also possible to get parts "polished" for a little bit more, and there is a material called Frosted Ultra Detail that gives much smoother prints but at a cost of strength. I have yet to try those options either :/

If you apply a sealer and paint on top of the part then it comes out significant;y smoother. If you die a part then it retains it's rough texture.

Looks adorably awesome! I love it.
The White Strong And Flexable Polished is good stuff. There's a small reduction in sharp detail, but at this scale it shouldn't be that noticeable, and it looks much nicer. I think that they actually print them a hair larger so that they'll still be the desired dimensions after polishing.
This looks like it would also be good job for the Colored WSF materials.
    I really dig these.

That's good to know mate, what do you use to seal it? standard clear coat? or a primer? Future Floor Polish?

Awesome, thanks for the tips, I'll try my next order in the WSFP and see how this goes :D

ah.. I see, and doubt one thing you may konw that is it easy to break compare to resin?

this material (WSF) is very strong. I've gotten several figures in WSF that have had super tight ball joints requiring a lot of force to snap them in and never had any problems with breakage.

I've never worked w/ resin myself, but from what I understand it can be brittle if stressed, right?

Then I assume that WSF got high toughness too. As my experience, resin got less toughness so it's easier for breaking as that application. But I solve this by inserting the steel rot inside ball joint. Then it becomes high strength. (imagine concrete column, they have steel as reinforcement)
    thanks for answer.

Eh, these are alright. Don't get me wrong, the pieces themselves look AMAZING.....it's just that you end up with a tiny tiny torso, and terrible proportions. To me, that's a big problem, but I still love the idea and the way you did it.

    LOL

Thanks, I have a feeling you'll like the omega upgrade better. It includes an expanded torso. Though, you know most power armor sets extend the arms and legs without elongating the torso ;)
Still, it's not for everyone. I totally get that ^_^

LOL, yes I suppose he is hahah

at one point playing with these guys I had Bluestreak and Optimus in the "fusion" pose from DragonBallZ, I hadn't moved BS so it kinda looks like he's photobombing, trying to lean around MP-10... or morning stretches... lol

these guys end up quite posable. I just wish there was more to be done with their shoulders. Otherwise though they can do most stuff I can think of. Side splits are off the table too so no spread eagle pose for them I guess. :lol
