Here's the real reason. DO NOT PUSH - Part 2 Don't tell me I lazied out on this by using screencaps, because I had to make the scene I ripped off of BW actually look like what I wrote.
I would question why the Vok would install a self destruct button on a planet....but then again, their experiments never made much sense to me.
Most of you have probably seen this in my sig, but here it is in GLORIOUS HD. Next time on Krem & Shinkis' Funnies!... The Tri-Optimus Council might want to chage its name... or not.
How many toys actually have easily removable faces? Heads, perhaps, but faces? Nope. He's got something else in mind...
Thursday brings many things - new episodes of Buffy and Angel, a broken vacuum, a trip to the dentist, an alert that four wisdom teeth supposedly need to be removed... Oh, and an UPDATE!!! A Prime Problem - Part II Council And now I've decided to pull a trick from Polenicus and do numbered author's notes. 1. I absolutely loved shooting the first few updates of this storyline, particularly ROTF Optimus Prime. Note how he's always obscured in some way. This was very intentional, and I think it makes for a very dramatic, slow reveal over the course of the updates. B. You now see just how conveniently stupid all my characters actually are. The other Optimuses presume that ROTF Prime is simply the normal, old Movie Prime after I finished painting him (eh, it's almost believable, remember that my Primal is actually Universe Optimus Primal). Third. It's amazing what a simple "clench" onomatopoeia can accomplish.
the line about fur... though its funny that almost no one else has pointed that out about Transformers with hairy beast modes. XD Movie Prime's quite the paranoid, huh? Not that he can be said to have no basis on his argument, but still.
Movie Prime is currently missing in action, regardless of whether or not anyone is actually aware of it. ROTF Prime, however, isn't really paranoid, per se, though he does appear so in this chapter. In truth, he's just got a one-track mind. This mind is, unfortunately for the Decepticons, currently focused entirely on the death of a certain Megatron - by any means necessary. As far as a basis, well, I've not yet established that our Megatron is anything worse than sadistic. At this point, he's not inflicted any more pain than Arcee (in fact, he was strangely absent during the climax of the Happy Virus epidemic, leaving the businss of holding-sharp-weapons-to-necks to Movie Prime). In the future, we may delve into just what Megs is capable of, what he's done in the past, and what he's willing to do when provoked.
You have NO IDEA. And thank you! He and Megatron are now the two most painted figures I own. Megatron's all silvery and coppery now, though his colloration does fluctuate a bit in the upcoming comics due to when I shot them vs. when I painted him. Think of it as a classic G1 animation error.
