I'm digging the Armada representation in Demolishor and, especially, Iceberg. Just feels like this series is built for Minicons.

 

Has anyone tried to make their own combiners from formerly non-combining guys? For instance "Seekertron", made up of Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Acid Storm and Sunstorm? Or "Minisor", made up of Bumblebee, Brawn, Windcharger, Huffer and Cliffjumper?

Also, I wonder if you can make a G1 version of Magnaboss by combining bits of Silverbolt, Prowl and Ironhide?

 

That would be a different take on Kre-O. The larger Kre-O sets are the "bulks" and the Kreon's are their Minicons... Attach them to power-up!

Walgreens was the only place I saw series 2, that was about 3-4 weeks ago.

 

I find it stupid that the kreo line can get every character in existence and for serious collectors we get a bumblebee prime and megs + repaints x a lot and very few new characters here and there.

 

Definitely would love to pick up a few of these guys if I see them. Especially that Alpha Trion. Have to say looking at the initial pics, I'm kinda disappointed in Cyclonus. He looks that same light lavender purple and helmet as Preview wave Galvatron. Wish they would make Cyclonus a deeper purple or maybe a different helmet to differentiate him.

 

It's a very sad thing that the first transforming, general release Alpha Trion figure is a Kreon.

 

I don't recall it being confirmed anywhere that it's A3 there; that's just speculation.

It's a risk vs. reward equation, really. Blind packs entice the customers regardless of the characters, and the loss isn't that great if they don't sell too terribly well.

Also a good way to gauge character popularity with the general consumers.

Cool! A Rodimus Kreon! I'm not into Kreons, but that one I might buy! Awesome!

 

Still seems like they could give Cyberverse/Legends the half attention they give Kreons for redeco potential. Alpha Trion could be done with Cybertron Legends Vector Prime. Kup from TFPrime Commander Ironhide. Slipstream from TFPrime Commander Starscream.

 

Already have custom Brawn, Sandstorm, Kup, Cyclonus & Hot Rod figures, but I suppose I can now re-use the parts elsewhere - they need to make an Ultra Magnus though!!

If the name list is true i have my own list ready for the ones i want from this wave.... last night i was thinking why havent they made brawn and here it is...and a wildrider... MENASOR can he be coming too? Can't wait...but one that i really want to see and not an OP/NP repaint is ULTRA MAGNUS
