That's not really a good price for a clearance store. That said, the sightings forum is for state (or country) specific sightings. You may not be able to post a new thread there, but you can certainly join others in your area by sharing your finds in the appropriate thread. Also, there is a Ross/T.J.Maxx/Marshalls thread for posts about new finds at one of those stores.

Aren't these $10 at Target? I find TJMaxx/Marshall's sometimes has stuff that is the same and isn't any cheaper than Target/Walmart. Edit: Ninja'd
I can confirm this. I found an empty Jazz box at TJ Maxx yesterday. The price isn't just almost retail. It is retail. "Compare at $17" my ass.
