I spotted these Kre-O Beast Hunters sets out on the shelf at TRU today:

 

We need a tailgate, arcee, airrachnids layer kreo set, that would be awesome.

 

I've so given it the old college try to get into and like Kre-ons, but I'm afraid I just don't have it in me. These are so 3rd rate representations of their mainline regular Transformer counterparts that my 'meh-o-meter' is pegged.  

 

The price difference between the two small sets is silly.

 

Are the two little VS sets marked at $6.99 (or $11.99) each, or are they on the wrong shelf? BBTS has the pair (back on preorder, think they sold out their initial stock) for $8.99. I know TRU's more expensive but that seems a bit much.

 

Those smaller sets are actually $6.99.

I so very agree!! I bought one of the small sets to see if I like it. Ended up giving it to my little one to add the pieces to her Disney castle set.

 

You guys do what you want, but Kreons rock. They're just so fun and cute. I will own them all.

These have been on HTS for a while and I think it's cheaper for all 3 even with shipping.

I'll totally grab the beast hunter small guys if they do another bogo.

 

Captain fanzone comes with that bumblebee set. Now that I see the front of the box I see under that flak jacket is his blue shirt and tie.

 

I usually steer clear of anything Bumblebee-related, but I'd gladly buy his set just to get that Fanzone Kreon. Too bad most stores seem disinterested in Kre-O...

 

I didn't pay attention, but I'm pretty sure the $11.99 space is for the Decepticon Ambush and Cycle Chase sets.

 

Kreons rock, Kre-o sets are usually amazingly lackluster. Even the better ones only land in the "passable" section.
I have one big dose of buyers remorse for getting the entire initial set of them. The Kreons make it work it though.
