Quick question do all yes model seekers come with instruction or is that excluded.
YM seekers do not come with instructions.
Seems like a weird thing to exclude when you only cost around 50 less than the official....
Can anyone tell me if Robot Hero Thrust is available anywhere? It's rather difficult to search "Robot Hero" and not come up with all sorts of other heroes that happen to be robots.
pretty sure they never made one, as the only thing I've ever seen from them was the 3 main seekers. Only kbb and YM have made the cone heads (ko wise)
Thought I'd seen a review of one, maybe not. That would certainly explain my dry searches. Thanks for the quick reply.
I highly recommended the Yeti stands. Certainly not cheaper than the offcial stands, but much, much more dynamic and flexible display options. Check out this thread for more on flight stand options. Best flight stands for flying transformers
Those are absolutely beautiful stands! Unfortunately they would, by far, exceed my toy budget. For seekers, I find that using a fine gauge wire becomes nearly invisible using the right lighting. Old school.
Check out Flightpose stands.
After seeing the Yeti, those leave a lot to be desired.
My Yes Model Thundercracker and Skywarp came with the instruction manual. My panel lined Starscream and my Dirge did not. The Yes Model Coneheads were not a direct KO of the Takara Coneheads, so it makes sense that they didn't have the instruction manual.
Took way too long to post these.
Gold Starscream in box
Is it completely gold chrome or does it have that yellowish plastic? Also is there any chipping of the chrome?
He is completely chromed in Gold. Every bit of him except the clear yellow canopy. But therefore he is extremely Tight! Every joint is incredibly hard to move or budge. I bet the ratchets inside are chromed as well. I wouldn’t transform him for fear of breaks. He has two pilots, Megatron gun, plane missiles, stand and Decepticon rub ons as accessories.
I don’t see chipping. But it’s really sensitive to finger prints. Lol. All the sprue marks show. The hands look the worst. There are also some in the legs and tail fins and side flaps. His sprue marks on the top overhead shoulder actually came out good. His eyes are chromed but it’s hard to tell. They look black. Wish they had a red paint app to them.
Both my YM and SW came with instructions while Starscream/Panel line didn't. Maybe it's was a 1st released version,I dunno.
Could you post pics of the instructions you received? I'm curious to see them.
I think as is, it's a little too much chrome for me. But I think it has A LOT of potential with some parts swapping here and there with a Skywarp. The gold and black Nova Storm variant comes to mind.
They're basically copies of the MP Instructions. Better appreciate this pic @ChromeMagnus! I just had an avalanche of boxes fall on me lol
Wow. So it does exists. I appreciate your humble sacrifice. I'm guessing those are last year's reissue YM Skywarp and Thundercracker with the tampo'd designs on the wings.
I wish there was a way we could request or order those instructions/card packs.
