So I've just received VT-01 Bounty Hunter, and something seems wrong with the chest. The bottom of the abs are supposed to connect to the crotch, but when you do that, the chest can't plug. And if you push on the chest to plug it correctly, then the abs are straight instead of being at an angle to connect with the crotch.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Are the hinges connected to the chest all the way down? is there a piece of pin sticking out preventing that from happening?

I'll post a picture later to show the issue, but I can see it on the picture Hoptimus just posted. You can see the upper part of the chest isn't plugged in and the bottom is fine.

    Ok, here are the pictures.

You can see that when the chest is tabbed in properly, the abs aren't and vice versa.

    Chest in, abs out

    Here's the issue:

The unique toys version seems fine.

You can see the issue on these pictures too, the only way for it to look decent is to half tab both the abs and the chest, but it's impossible to tab both fully at the same time because of the angle and I've checked, it seems physically impossible with this version of the figure. If you push too hard, the connector between the two plastic parts is going to break.

It's supposed to be chest out abs in. The chest is supposed to be protruding out. I think the chest tabbing in is for alt mode

Ok but supposed to how exactly?

The unique toys version doesn't seem to have this issue...

edit: Or maybe it does? The pictures are confusing.

It's really weird and confusing. He'd look perfect with both tabbed in.
