fuck, i'm loving this except for the vehicle mode cover. doesn't really make much sense for blackout's bottom parts to transform into a landscape

 

Welp, I'll be watching this for sure. Knowing Black Apple, if this does make production, it'll probably be oversized.

The landscape thing is just...words fail me. I don't want a crappy little diorama involved in the transformation. Make it a riot shield or something at least partially useful, not...THAT.

He didn't fix the the rear rotor having to be removed, he added MORE crap that has to be removed. He fixed some stuff but made other stuff worse. Not his best work by any stretch.

I was expecting greatness, this just makes me sad.

 

Interesting thing being done with the bottom of the vehicle.

So I take it this isn't an upsize, just an upgrade kit?

 

I hope that more ratchets are part of the upgrade!

 

meh. if it's staying the same size, that's the biggest wasted opportunity ever.

 

Will grab if it's oversize and actually produced by weijiang.

But meh, separating the kibble to make it a display along with a land tape, smells laziness to me.

 

Don't these guys just make customs and not mass produce them? They did that with their Barricade and Optimus right?

 

Barricade was never meant to be produced, Prime however, yes.

 

I might be in the minority but I thought the underside of the chopper becoming a base that gives Scorponok something to do was fantastic. If anything sells me on this set it would be that.

 

Is that just based on speculation, or did they openly say that?

 

Well, Black Apple it's just custom-er, there was no even hints of a mass produced version.

 

They lost me at even more removable parts...
