@Red2 - Thanks for letting me know. Is it the tab that's holding it in place or is there just no resistance to closing that crotch piece?

There is resistance on the crotch piece on mine which, combined with the tab not really catching the piece - results in it not tabbing in. Just curious on others experience so I can figure out how to MAcguvyer mine...

    What piece are you missing?

No resistance on my hinge so when you put pressure on the crotch the tab just holds. No click or anything, just friction. I just transformed him so let me see what happens when I switch back to bot mode.

I’m missing his sandal strap. See attached pics comparing the right and left feet.

Did you double check in the box and everything? I just ask cuz that part pops off pretty easily.

I did. No luck. Contacted seller and they’re on it. Hopefully they can find it or a replacement. Thankfully it’s not too noticeable.

It is more like the size of M01 really.

Here’s a pic of him with MP-10, DX9’s Mightron and Carry. TE-01 is basically MP-10 sized.

    Hope that helps.

It's the Kaiyodo Mega-Sofubi Advance vinyl figure. It's totally static. If you can find one used for a good price I recommend it.
I got lucky and found one super cheap, cause his horn antennae had come off, and the box was beat up. I put a drop of crazy glue on it and done. Score.

Whew. That was much easier the second time. Got most, if not all, of the panels flush and seem to be familiar with the quirks.

This guy may have surpassed MPP-10 as my go-to bot gift for others.

And I’m surprised to say, looking at TW’s alt mode and this makes those truck feet on Freedom Leader look worse. Even the non-rear-end rear end of this guy looks better.

I’ve got my eye on the ToyLab version also. I may have three of this guy when all is said and done.

So I got this guy to be a desk bot figuring that freedom Leader would be my main Movie Optimus but I find that I miss him when I'm home (nasty snow last night/this morning so I didn't go to work). I think I need to bring him home until FL comes out.

Yeah, I know, that was super important to tell you guys but I just wanted to reiterate that I'm really enjoying this figure.

It's all good, I've left figures at work only to "miss" them when I was home. Sometimes they just go with me both ways. A bit of a challenge though with such a large figure!

I brought this dude back to work with me today. And then brought him back home.

    Totally normal.

@rubadubspawn, there it is. It doesn’t want to sit flush now.

Seems like the tab hole has weakened and now there’s not enough friction to hold the tab. I’ll try some Future.

Thanks for letting me know. I wonder if it's just that the tab isn't thick enough or if it's something to do with transformation or if the tolerance for that particular tab is a bit off.

Guess just dipping his square junk in future isn't too tough of a fix if it works....

Decided I'd rather have him at home than on my desk. Slapped some faction logos on him and took some pics.

And with the the OG MP Op.

I figured he was around mp01's height but turns out he's actually a little bigger. And funnily enough they cost me right around the same amount which is pretty cool considering they were 16 years apart (can't believe it's been that long).

At my last job I had a bigger cube with more space and had about half my collection there. Everyday I would bring one in and take another home. I had them set up in different battle scenes based on scale and would try to transform at least one every day.
