I still think it's a "budget" prime and they're going for that "siege" damage look. I don't like the siege tattoos, but I guess to be consistent...?

 

Consistent with what? This ain’t a siege figure and none of the other LS figures other than scorn and grimlock have battle damage.

 

ASS-umptions, you know how that can end up. I don't know. Maybe they looked at their own finished product and said, "man this looks so plain"...
But, which horrible battle damage paint might you be referring so I can go back and see how horrible it was

Definitely I don't like this figure. I'm glad to not pre-ordered it. Finally has less paint that they shown, and overall, the figure is too chunky and flat at the same time, like if his chest were doing a perpetual inhale.

 

Yeah something is off about that new head. The faceplate itself looks phenomenal, but something about the head is very much off.

 

I like the head. I like the larger antennae

 

It’s the eyes, the eyes just look really off.

As to the figure itself.... I might buy it to mess with, but that size..... man, especially with the competition, this needed to be MP size.... (Also I HATE how they still have the freaking Cybertronian tires on his EARTH MODE....)

Does it scale with the MPM bee? Or any of the ones being released? No. It doesn’t.

I don’t use that shitty scale chart that everyone keeps using which makes everything tiny compared to the bay bots. It’s a separate universe, make it scale with itself, not the bayverse.

Not a single promotional shot he had alternate tires, and even the video where they open the box there are no tires.

The 'shitty scale chart' makes the Knightverse designs look smaller than the Bay bots, because they are. Like it or not, a Knightverse Prime would be *just* taller than MPM Bee.

If you want it to be about the same size as a 1:29 Optimus, you can go with this one, and if you do want it in MPM scale, you can get the voyager figure (Or the upcoming Lemon Tree one, which I've heard is voyager as well)

I'm personally not going to follow the scale chart, regarding the Knightverse designs, but it's still an accurate chart

 

Again, it doesn’t scale with the MPM bee (as in the BB movie bee) thus the voyager sized ones are NOT in scale. Again, no reason for them to be smaller than the bay bots in the line, because it’s a separate universe. There’s a reason beast wars MP megatron isn’t a legends figure next to mp 10. MP scale means it scales with that universes figures. BB was the first so MP scale means it’s scaled around him.
