Looking at what others have bought...these look like straight knock off and not the oversized version that was promised..

However this link can up in the facebook feed this morning and there is a OS SS38 out there.

Bummer it's not the size of, say, MP10V, but I'm actually OK with a 1:1 since I was hoping to get a KO to do some mods, which I wasn't really ready to do on the Hasbro SS38. So it's likely Ill be getting this one soon.

You know what? There were some who were modding their SS38 by removing the tab that hooks up the heel to the calf piece, because that would avoid the whole assembly from dislodging while trying to pose him, I think this is what they were attempting to do, but they screwed up the mod by removing the tabs on the wrong piece.

Mina arrived a few days ago, and yes, it IS just a straight up 1:1 copy. Not having the original to compare it with, I can't say how the quality compares, but the truck mode doesn't like to tab in properly on mine, and the whole cab leans forward a little. It's OK for the money, but not great.
Now, on another note, for anyone that wanted an OS version of this figure, Weijiang /Model Wizard have released their Autobotapex version. THIS comes in at 31cm, and looks amazing. I've already put my order in, and just have to wait a couple of weeks.

I can't keep track of these KOs. Wei Jiang is modified or is it just oversized? Which one is the modified one and what was changed?

Yep, I'm already regretting having this guy on the way to the states. They even fucked up the trailer hitch hole so it doesn't hold the gun anymore.

Actually I see the original can store underneath. Didn't see the reviewer try that.

I have the original. I tried that, but it doesn't work as well as i hoped. The tip of the riffle actually sticks at an angle on the back, pushing the back side up from the ground, preventing the back wheels from touching the ground.

I have no issues with the gun sticking out. How are you attaching it?

This way. The tip protruding on the back is the problem.

Is the Aoyi worth getting if I'll have it mainly in robot mode? Does this company ever do repaints? Would definitely get a Nemesis Prime repaint of this mold.

the cab leaning forward is like an optical illusion because it happens on the Hasbro one as well. I think it's Peaugh who mentions it on his review.

Hows the blue plastic on the legs? on the original it's very bendy and flexible, a little too flexible for my taste, it's like it dares you to twist it to show you it wont snap lol.

If you move the two side pegs up to where between the legs is square with the magazine behind the hitch it won't stick out the back or bottom much. IMG_20190924_194555.jpg IMG_20190924_194623.jpg

All the plastic seems fine. I can't compare it to the original as I never found one to buy, but I've seen reviews that say the toy is virtually identical to the original.

Try pushing the gun into the hitch a little further- the larger piece above the handle fits into the hitch nicely. I couldn't for the life of me get the gun to sit between the legs in any stable way :/
