Why make the oversized ones in random colours and then make the normal ones smaller???

Is it confirmed they are both coming from the same company?

The makers of the Power Rangers oversized Dinobots will release them in normal G1 colors as well.

Well, to answer my own question. i contacted two ebay sellers and they both said hasbro/ko wouldn't work together in combined mode. Perhaps I need a 3rd opinion before having my hopes completely crushed.

I don't see a reason they shouldn't. These KOs (not the Power Ranger colored ones, or their eventual POTP colored versions) are identical to the Hasbro ones. I don't have a Grimlock yet, but these seem like they should work.

I wonder if they'd consider doing the regular ones with some difference.

For example adding metal chests would be a lovely nod to the originals.
Or making Swoop with a red chest - for those who want that.

Did I dream it or did someone say sometime that the KO little ones lack the clear pieces or is that just the overscale normal colour that have the clear bits missing - I'd not mind if they were missing the clear pieces I might actually like that it might make them look more Animation like.

It's a shame that they are unlikely to do the normal size in G2 colours or as an all black set that would be nice too. Just anything a bit different to the usual colours to give those who have the normal ones a reason to buy them.
