apeface is fully compatible with TR head. you can switch his head with the TR version if you so choose.

I thought his jet mode is sort of sc-fi jet/spaceship, I forgot it's based on SR-71, thanks  .
And I forgot Hasbro already released Astrotrain with his classic alt modes as Siege figure, so there's nothing against releasing even something without "Earth mode" in Earthrise.

Selects, box sets and exclusives are not available in my area - it seems stores (including online ones) are overstocked with Cyberverse figures and nobody is willing to stock Siege figures - wave 4 is slowly creeping into shelves (Thundercracker, Barricade, Off Road Patrol - that's everything for now and currently only Barricade is available, other two are sold out), wave 3 is available in random assortment (for unknown reasons Battle Masters and Micromasters for that wave were entirely skipped), nothing from wave 1 and 2 was omitted (but forget about Jetfire or Omega Supreme, so far Astrotrain is not available either).

Why it feels both right and wrong at the same time?  

At least you didn't post a picture of that awkwardly located headmaster (Titan Master) port in ape mode  . I wonder if it's designed on purpose to be in the place it is (like that MAGA on PotP Jazz) or is it just coincidence. The thing I'm sure is it felt weird every time Larkin rotated figure in his hands during his video review  .

 

Not sure if this is the correct thread to ask this but does anyone have any of the Wei-Jiang Headmasters and any of the siege headmasters like Apeface or any of the larger triple changers that would be willing to take a side by side picture so I could get an idea of size comparison? I am asking because I am interested in purchasing them and want to make sure they will fit in with my other figures.. Thanks in advance!!

It was never a thing.

 

@RyanCharlie put it best, these never were a thing. They were fun recolor/ remolds we made concept bashes, packages, and included in our comic. They were in the works for if Fire Cheif was successful. It wasn't. And we fully abandoned those Headmasters when Weijang told us the molds had broken.

 

Aww, cool man thanks for the info. I never knew any of that, I thought they were legit figures up coming for release.. Total bummer, I would have loved to get me the set to go with the other O/S Headmasters.

Just got Highbrow. The review I watched he had diecast legs but mine is all plastic. Anybody else?

 

OH Really - where did you get it - I might want one - can it stand on it's wheels in helicopter mode now without tipping over backwards.

Oh and that reminds me I need to check those oversize Enigmas from the OSKO POTP toys on as heads sometime.

 

I got it at sir toys and no the rear landing gear/guns still don't clip in anywhere to use the wheels.

I got mine on ebay and they are metal - the landing gear on OSKO Highbrow do sorta fit (but unfortunately the tab required is a hair to large and requires a small amount of sanding to fit in the appropriate place. The possition of the wheels is the clue they are are supposed to go under the wings but the tolerances are a little off - I had to sand Skullsmasher's hole in his tail other wise the gun couldn't store.

Shame they didn't make more of these even the slight remould/repaints would have been nice to have.

 

That's odd, as I didn't have the same problems on mine. Glad you were able to fix yours though.

 

It's the square plugs that needed some adjusting on mine the round ones are fine.
