    Have many people here done the mods to this figure? What was the best way cut the lip off of the roof panel? I saw that one person had cut it all off, while another cut off parts to make a v shape.
    I'm being cautious as I don't like cutting bits of plastic off, unless it's absolutely necessary.
    Has anybody transformed it without doing the mods? Were there any issues?

    I've transformed mine 5 times in each direction and the only problem I have come across with that tab is paint chipping. although it doesn't make sense canonically cause he was just made I don't mind. when ever any paint chips on the bot i just chalk it up to war. so then if you dont mind a little paint chipping the no problems.

    Okay, so if I'm following the saga, something went wrong in the upscaling and they tried to fix it with a lip on the roof, which can cause paint scratches, and an extra tab on the elbow, which prevents the right arm from straightening out fully. Removing those parts off means that various bits of the roof won't align properly in vehicle mode. Am I right so far?

    Can you be more specific on this V shape?

    I just cut of the sides making it flush on the outer edge and still have the lip in the middle, ill get you some pics tomorow.

    If you are still looking for one, I have one almost done to go with my Prime head... Both the 2007/rotf one and the DOTM one

    No problem at all! He is a bit bigger than what he would need to be for the regular MPM scale, the original UT nero fits that better, but he works well with the oversized, and more correct, MPM scaled stuff. Plus this figure is just great in general.

    I got this from either Capcomkai (https://www.instagram.com/capcomkai/) or Dino Model Shop (https://www.instagram.com/dino_model_shop/), don't remember which unfortunately since I paid for the head back in September of 2019. It was definitely one of them though, and they're great to follow to keep trac of and see all these upgrades for various figures.
