I think it's a combination of X transbot, Mt, DX9, and may be mp05, look at the way the legs collapse, may be they take a hint from DX9

 

unlikely, they call it "big gun Meg" so pretty sure it's an OS

 

Not digging the weird feet and face sculpt, both look too heavily influenced by Apollyon for my liking. Rest looks good.

For the moment it doesn't come together cohesively for my liking. Like a juxtaposition of parts from differing design philosophies...

Other than the god awful feet, it's another Megatron to add to my already huge Megatron collection <facepalm>

Don't like the silencer In alt mode either, but that looks easy enough to modify so im not too worried about it.. but let's face it, I doubt he's gonna be in alt mode very often anyway.

 

Actually looks really good. They will OS MP-36, Someone will. This is awesome

It appears so and it looks terrible.

 

Why do people think this is some sort of amalgam of other Megatrons? It looks like a new design to me. I mean I can see that it bears resemblances to other Megatrons here and there but they're all the same character. Of course there's going to be similarities. There's only so many ways to turn the legs of a robot into the grip of a gun and the chest if a robot into the slide of a gun. This is obviously an original figure, not a lot.

Anyway, looks pretty good. I don't have mpp10 but I do have mp01 so I might get this guy to go with him if it's not too pricey.

 

I'm thinking it will be $100. Then, it will drop to $80 in a couple of months so, I'm in no real rush.

 

Apart from the feet and the gun barrel being too long it looks pretty cool. Be interested in seeing robot pics and how it scales next to MPP-10.

Unbelievable... 4 Megatrons out there, (three 3p and one official) and a KO maker is probably going to give us the best one....

It's all sort of weird...

Actually 5 if you count the Takara MO-36 KO that Robot Hero (just one of the KO companies doing a KO of MP Soundwave) is planning.

Definitely needs better feet. Don't care about how he looks in gun mode.
