So you think changing out the cab helps ? I only got as far as changing out the waist and found it didn’t help at all.

I'm the opposite, only change the new cab.

they now tighten up the socket that holds the ratchet which helps with the overall stability.

Got mine yesterday. The visor is removeable and there are eyes underneath.

Just got mine today and for whatever reason one of the visor pegs wouldn't come out, don't know if it was glued in or what but I ended up breaking that peg. The visor still stays in fine with one peg and I'll probable end up gluing it in place as I like the g1 head better with it than without.

So a word of warning, if the visor on the G1 head won't come off don't force it.

Plus note: Ratchets in the new waist.

That's them thigh extensions at work, without them they are about the same size. Also a heads up, there are two small tabs on scrapper by Devys ankle when untabbed give him ankle tilt.

Loving how stable the add on kit makes Devy and the tabs in the new waist seem to hold the arms in better than the OG one when in combined form. Still can't tell the difference between the old and new cabs though.

I installed the waist first which didn’t make much difference and then changed the cab and together it makes a noticeable difference to the stability - still not to the level of the yellow version but close enough. Just need the extension/upgrade kit for warbotron too.

Hi guys, been lurking for a while, first time poster.

I got my OS Gravity Builder two weeks ago and my upgrade kit yesterday. About the upgrade kit, I was wondering if anyone found a way to connect the new leg extenders in vehicle mode? For Mixmaster it's doable, but no idea what to do with the second one. Or is that supposed to go on the back of Mixmaster as well, so it has two of them?
Also, I wasn't able to (visually) discover any differences between the replacement parts and the originals, so I've left them out for now, until I run into stability issues. Maybe, since mine is so recent, if doesn't have the stability issues of earlier versions?

Anyway, this guy is a beast and I really love the whole thing.

To connect the leg extension to the vehicle, I do find that the wheels get in the way slightly but it’s doable. Just manipulate it in and the wheels have some play aswell so it shouldn’t snap off. For connection to the body, bend the knee maybe 1 ratchet connect the leg and then straighten back out.

Btw both replacement parts whilst not physically different to the eye did make a huge difference to stability (I needed both parts changed to notice the difference).

I think the version is the same, there's no second releases or reissues. Me for example, I haven't the problem of the knees, but I have the problem on the waist. The figure is huge and very very heavy, it's normal. Visually they seems the same parts... BUT there is a kind of underscover secret magic that makes Devy more stable XD. If you don't have issues, don't change the parts (it's a headache).

Do you have a picture of this? I'm probably missing something very obvious, but I don't know how to connect them to the vehicles with the wheels actually touching the ground. So it looks really silly.

Thanks, that's good to know. I'll keep that in mind and if I run into issues I can always change them later.
