Had the same issue. On mine his ankles joints were too loose. I eventually added some clear nail polish to strength them. It worked some what. I probably would have continued to apply layer after layer to get them extra stiff, but these guys for me were always meant to be combined. So I just got them to where he would stand on his own and that was enough. Also, I think it has a lot to do with how you position his scoop on his back.

May I ask where you applied the clear nail polish on the ankle joint? I tried adjusting the scoops position but eventually it just topples over.

Thanks I moved this to that NBK Thread. I had too many tabs open and had been doing other things before returning to the boards.

I will try to explain since I don't have pictures of where I applied it and cannot take fresh pictures since my Devy is already combine.

There's a grey joint that is pinned to the side of his shin that also connects to his foot. I applied nail polish on the inside of the leg where you can see the exposed press pin. I did this on both legs. I also applied some on his ankle rocker ball joint. This seemed to help a good deal. What you might also try first, is to see if the press pin on both legs need to be pressed tighter in. This is a bit tricky to do without marring the plastic, but it is doable.

Finally got set C. I do wish he were more stable, but it isn't too difficult to find the right spot for him to stand. Kind of reminds me of God Fire Convoy in that respect. At the end of the day, I am happy with the purchase and he will likely be my Devastator unless a future release totally blows me away.

My Scrapper had a massive crack in his scoop on arrival. Attempts to fix did not go well. Guess I have to buy another Set B. This time from someone who packs their figs better.

Why not contact the retailer? They may be able to help you out... unless you really damaged it more than just the broken part. If you took pics prior to trying to fix it, I'd send those in.

Ya, I sent a video of it and opened a dispute (Aliexpress). Not possible to just replace the scoop since its pinned rather than screwed. I asked for a partial refund or a replacement figure. We'll see what happens.

ask for a whole new scoop like i mentioned to another user in a previous post. it does screw in to the back. SUPER easy to replace. You'll just need the whole scoop arm assembly. Here is a pic. the circled holes are where the screws are to remove those two back plate pieces. Then the bucket just comes off. Be careful though, as there are some ratchet pieces inside that are easy to lose.

Ok, I sent the AliExpress seller a message and updated the order dispute to ask for the scoop with the whole scoop arm assembly. I hope they can do it.

Not surprised. I was messing with him yesterday and noticed how thin the plastic is on the scoop.

So just found out Bulldozer should be able to detach the outer walls of his shovel to form pick axes But doesn't seem like the Jinbao one does that. So did they simplify some bits after all?
