I believe it’s still a heavily customized voyager class figure

I know that the WJ is a customized voyager.

Or did you mean the AA one?

The AA one. Granted it’s to a MUCH higher degree, but it’s still based on the retail TLK figure

Huh, i thought it was made completely from scratch. I hope it's better quality than Dino and their Optimus though.

El Sid is... well is El Sid, but Firage is a great figure, so far I've had no problems (exept that it's a bit too small for my sausage fingers)

Firage has tons of issues including cheap plastics and can break very easily with also a fiddly transformation its also too small for mp and too big for deluxes, hopefully if their bumblebee and hound ever come out they learn their lesson with their Dino and Optimus

I have had zero problems with my Firage. It's a great figure. El Cid was the worst disappointment of my Transformers collecting career. I don't think they're actually releasing any more products although I could be wrong. That Hound has been around for like a year and a half and is still just a grey model, albeit a very nice looking one.

I’m glad you didn't have any breakage but many others did and hopefully someone can ko that figure and upsize him with improvements

Yeah, i have Dino as well and i'm really happy with it, but like you said it's really small. The fender on one of his legs broke on mine, but i could just put it back on. It's rather loose after that but as long as i'm careful it's not a problem. One of the taillights fell of as well, but that's easily fixed with some glue.

If someone made an MPM sized KO of him i would buy it instantly.

He’s not MPM sized? I always thought he was.

I have no problem with Firage either. He definitely requires some care when transforming, but unless you are forcing parts, he will be fine. I agree, though, a would by a slightly over sized version with some improvements (like longer tabs on the blades) in a heartbeat (though I think he scales pretty decently as is).

He scales well with the non-carbot MPMs (Optimus, Ironhide, Megatron) but he's too small for the carbots. This is because he was made to scale with DotM deluxes.

Wei Jiang dropped their grey prototype pics for mpm04 late last year, so a 2020 release isn't unreasonable

It was actually April of last year, according to that thread. I suppose not unreasonable, but you know how 3rd party is with delays.

They had this hound and a new knight optimus figure displayed at some convention or something a couple months back didn't they? I don't think alien attack is completely out of the running yet

Upon closer inspection, it looks like this Ironhide has individual finger articulation... Very nice
