    Seems to finally be here:

Transformers Masterpiece MP13B Ratbat Cassettes New in Stock | eBay

I've ordered one so will report back on quality in due course.

EDIT - Fix courtesy of Sponge:

Ok so I want to preface this by saying I have absolutely no problem with the quality of this KO, and that i am simply highlighting issues that others might, as well as presenting my solution to fix the right thruster.

Again this is purely for the sake of informing others what they are in for.

Oh and for the ease of presentation i completely disassembled my figure, pins and all, and while you dont have to do this for the fix, if you do take him apart it is much much easier to fix without damaging the surrounding paint and plastic.

Below you will see that the thrusters are not parallel, upon close examination I have concluded that this is because the hole drilled for pin on the right side was made lower on thruster by mere fractions of a millimeter, making it impossible to pivot all the way, as a result there are two places you can file down to fix it, but more on that later.

Here you can see that front doesnt quite sit flush, and again this is an alignment issue, as one side sits closer to the body than the other.

    Some uncut sprue easily fixed

Stress marks and a crack on the wing....

Its the same on all 5 screw points, oh and they were all stripped right out of the box, I recommend loctite for a quick fix, if only a temporary one.

Ok now the fix, so the magenta bit inbetween the gold is where you want to file, if you dont take it apart the easiest way to get at it is folding a piece of sandpaper around something thin and using the edge sand inbetween the gold, however doing this you may damage the surrounding area, so I recommend taking it apart if you can and then simply taking a file or some emeryboard to it.

The other place you can sand is the inbetween the sides of the thruster itself. this however requires that you disassemble it first, the upside is that it is less noticeable when done.

    This is after sanding.

    More noticeable difference.

The finished result, parallel at last!

I hope this helps all of you out there in some way, if you need more specific pics or clarification let me know and I'll do my best to address your needs.

At the end of the day id say its worth the 20$.

I agree. If Takara ever makes it available separately I will get an official one, but I do not wish to be bullied by a company to shell out more money because they greedily don't want to make it available outside the more expensive package containing 85% stuff I don't want.

I don't want to spend $130 for a cassette.... even if you get a Soundblaster accessory for free...

Ratbat looks amazing. Sorely tempted, as the price is perfect, but ratbat doesn't fit my collection, so he's out. I look forward to pic reviews of the ko.

Ps, if you are against ko toys, save yourself the grief and avoid ko threads. I do celebrate ko figures. I have several, and they are a welcomed alternative to paying the ebay scalper or local importer's huge markup. Those of us who have no moral scruples about ip rights shouldn't be subjected to other's finger wagging in a thread ABOUT a ko figure.

It's almost like walking into a Christian church, on Sunday, and yelling at the congregation that there is no God, simply because you, as an atheist, are offended by the concept.
