Nice review!!! While I have never owned a Cerebros (at least a loose one), I wouldn't be surprised if the problem was limited to the body itself. I imagine the original HMs also have a hard time staying on the Cerebros body. Again, great giftset. I love mine. I would like to get a play set to compliment my current display set.
Great review. I think these kind of KOs are essentially Public Domain. Hasbro is not losing money on the sales of these HMs any more than they lose money when an original gets sold on eBay. They're not going to reissue them themselves any time soon, for whatever reason.
