Holy shit, that's alot of Diecast. He's gonna be quite the heavy fellow.

I'll be all over that IF and only if they give him better hands.

And a much much better paint deco. at least some decent amounts of high gloss.

    Afterall, he's a Show Car/Street Racer. :lol

Those images are a few months old are they not?

If it is just to be a straight upsize then I'm not interested.

Give me more cohesive and poseable feet, better knees, and articulated hands, and then we're talking.

I think you might be right, it is a few months old, but I'll be getting this. The prices on E-bay are not that bad but it would also be cool if they did the e-hobby Deadlock :)

    This looks amazing.

Has KBB ever upsized a Deluxe into a Diecast Voyager before? If so, what will the price range be?

I've been wanting Generations or United Drift for a long while now. But the Gen version sells for $40 to $50 and the United version is up over $100.

I got rid of my original Drift years ago when I had no real attachement to the character and purged a load of Classics stuff.
Now that I'm deep into MTMTE/Lost Light I love the character and have a Drift-shaped hole in my collection. I was planning to fill it with MMCs but...this actually seems more appealing to me.
    KBB makes great stuff.

Is the letter in the 2nd word in the name a "G" as in "Power Glide" or an "S" as in "Power Slide"?

That's what I thought. I could see where it would look like both.

@Aldetron your thread title doesn't appear to be correct.

they should improve his articulation instead of giving him a ridiculous amount of diecast....
Well, metal is cheap in china

The first line of the thread is him asking a mod to change the title to Slide, but it doesn't appear a Mod has seen that request.

Thanks. Didn't see that in the original post (even though it's the first line). Skipped right to the pictures.

    Ebay:
They upsized MP Bumblebee and it was around $30 with a good amount of diecast and accessories. I'm guessing this would be about the same price.

I hope they fixed the articulation on that cluttered piece of crap.

Very interesting. Im concerned if those shoulder ball joints will be able to deal with posing if the whole pauldron will be mostly Diecast. Id love a large version of the mold.

He does kinda get in his own way a bit - which is a bit of an issue for a swordsman. I do think pinned hands with a seperate index finger would have been a nice touch - perhaps a tweek or to elsewhere too.

But even if it's a straight copy only bigger - i'd still be interested if it's not prohibitivly expensive and it's well painted. the CW Oversize Diecast toys are not that expensive so he might be decently priced. I wouldn't want him to be more than their Movie Optimus Overscale though.

It's actually "Power Glade". He turns into a metallic, toy shaped air freshener.

Finally, a toy with enough die cast so that throwing it at someone can be considered attempted murder.

    Hahahaha!

If you think this has a ton of Diecast, check out Wei Jiang Oversized KO CW First Aid.

I don't usually go for these OS KOs, but I made the mistake of selling off my Drift a couple of years ago. I wouldn't mind the opportunity to get a version of him again for a reasonable price.

Ball jointed shoulders supporting the die-cast front of the car doesn't sound like something that'll work.
