GT with MFT's head. The DX9 figure that MFT's is based on has limited range of motion in its arms so the DX9 and MFT versions can only do the ol' arms straight out in front look. GT is far more versatile:


Plus, if you're going with GT's Optimus then they're the perfect height for each other. Optimus goes great with Legends and Legends Plus:


Mech Planet Hot Soldiers and Magic Square Toys both have Optimi coming out that will be in similar size to GT's Optimus. The Hot Soldiers one has a lot of pics available of it. We've only seen the trailer for Magic Square's, but considering how awesome the rest of their Legends scale guys are and how well done their Masterpiece Optimus is, theirs should be as good as any.

the plan jane box is just a cheaper version. they say it does not include the extra faces or the guns. but i don't think anyone here has bought it to confirm.

Only accessories are Megatron's blaster, silencer and stock. That's it

unfortunately it is not even close. these are made for a different size class i.e. legends+
