So I just got what I'm told is an OS KO of DX9 Hulkie, made by Wei Jiang. Solid figure, looks great, good joints all around. One of the biggest drawbacks, though, is that his right leg does not have an ankle tilt, like the original Hulkie does.

In short, I took off 2 of the 3 screws that hold the scoop/foot section on, leaving the innermost screw. This also requires cutting off the 2 purple ribs that lock into the scoop section, and cut down the top center screw post. Lastly, the edge of the screw hole on the outside of the foot has to be shaved off, so the foot part can slide over the now-empty screw post.

Holds together fine in all modes, quick and easy improvement to an already great figure

That's an even better implementation than what DX9 did (because the straight edge of the base plate provides a more stable platform for the tilt than the articulated scoop's curved back, straight edge does). Brilliant!
