It's all the same company known as 孩之星. They've been KOing transformers for a very long time. I'm not sure if they have an English name, I definitely don't see sellers using one. They don't even use their Chinese name anymore on their packaging, only that one faction symbol they have.

The name is a wordplay on Hasbro 孩之宝(lit. Children's Treasure), theirs is 孩之星, Children's Star.

Well there’s something getting added to my on hold items. Any idea when the yellow version will become available? How about the other multi-colored combiner KOs?

 

So. hes about a head taller than the other combiners if the others are wearing the PE feet. Which is perfect in my book, a Devy is 6 guys compared to the other combiner 5 guys.
