So apparently, Dark of the Moon has this interesting post credits scene, according to a comment, this was recorded in a Chinese theater.

And there's not even any known plans for Transformers 4 that involved Starscream in any form.

So what are other very obscure deleted scenes or different, broadcasted versions of the live actions movies you know of? There seems to be a lot for these movies and info is sparse and gets harder to find over time.

I thought it was a fan made scene.

    Yep.
It's a fan made scene made by an animator for the Transformers 6 fan project.

I remember starscream got a simplified toy for aoe and people speculating he would come back in the film. But, I don't think it was ever actually in the plans.

Yea the aoe dance scene with bee and hound I may be the few people to say they should have added it in. It gives it some sort of heart

Completely forgot about that Age of Extinction scene. Was funny in that trailer it was in.

Alternate dialogue in the Blitzwing scene, guessing it was changed to "Tell me where your friends are hiding" since they added the Cybertron scenes that have Optimus being known on Cybertron.

That's cool, but I don't think there's anyway for Michael Bay to be that elaborate with a post credit scene. Not only is it fake but Bay himself thought he was done after DOTM for that to never have happened.

You'll find alot of early/mid Bumblebee movie trailers with slight scenes that never made the final retail. One of them even had Jon Bailey with the temporary Optimus voice before Peter Cullen came in. Another scene in the trailers I remember seeing was a shot of the Hoover Dam at night but it seems to have vanished to obscurity. Regardless the Hoover Dam appeared for a split second shot in the movie anyway.

Not obscure, but that shot of Bee getting chokeslammed by Optimus wasn't in the final version of TLK.

I just remembered that that was even a thing.

Also there are shots in the promo material that are longer (by like a second) than the stuff in the actual film.

Big Rhonda deleted scene from TF1. I’m pretty sure the original footage is lost, cause I literally haven’t been able to find it anywhere.

There were 5 deleted scenes that were re-added into the IMAX re-release of Transformers 1. They were all jokey scenes that didn't have anything to do with Transformers. I remember some of them:
    - An extended scene with Sam's friend Miles early on
    - When Sam gets arrested, they play a crazy "this is your brain on drugs" video for him
    - A scene where Epps negotiates with a woman to buy the old school radios he gives to Lennox

    I forget the other 2...

    Oh wow

I recall the radios in the pawn shop scene in script form, but thought it just went completely unused.

Moving aside from the obvious "deleted scenes", there's the Don Murphy/Tom DeSanto pitch (and early Kurtzman/Orci draft) that's been mentioned quite often.

By all accounts, it was more like Bumblebee than the 2007 film - a focus on Bumblebee (this is inference), a smaller team of Decepticons and Sam and Mikaela as the sole point-of-view characters, with a more family-friendly tone overall.

Allegedly, when they got Bay (who signed on without even having read the script, having gained a new respect for the Transformers brand... and wanting to work with Spielberg), they were worried he'd think this script was too kiddy - so they rewrote it extensively.

Whilst Bay never saw this draft, what he did do was increase the military's role in the story - this meant Lennox, Epps et al were added to the film. The writers allegedly looked at G.I Joe for them, funnily enough.

Cause the Universe hates us. Similar to how we almost got a war better ending for DOTM.

Although the writers strike would have probably made the execution of that script just as bad as ROTF.

There was that scene of the Autobots dancing with Tessa in AOE.

One can only wonder why, out of all the bizarre shit still present in TF4, this is the thing they decided to cut.

It showed the Transformers as something close to characters and gave them a characteristic more than "rude asshole".

    Had to go.
