I'm arriving to Botcon on Tuesday to take in the sights. Does anybody know of any good toy stores that sell Transformers? I'd like to find some Henkei on the cheap, if possible. Thanks!

I think he's asking about specialty shops.

But since you're going to Botcon, wouldn't that be the best place for... I dunno... Transformers?? :lol

I'd poke around in the California sightings thread though. Those guys will have the skinny on local shops in cali I'm sure.

There's a small store at the mall in Montclair, which is kinda far from Pasadena, but anyways, this little store is called Anime Club, and I've bouht Henkei bots there for like $10-25 bucks.

    got to:
    "Len & Kathy's Collectibles 1215 5 Beach Blvd #E Anaheim, CA 92804-4829
    714-995-4151
It is at the corner of beach and Ball

Anaheim is about 40 minutes away from Botcon. At this one street intersection you will find 4 very good toy stores. One of them is 80' action figures, another is older more vintage stuff, the other two are more random. There is also a really good hobby/model store across the street if your a kitbasher and a comic book store.

Honestly I would think any good toy store that close will be packing it up and going to botcon

Most of the stores will be at Botcon. Definitely check out Frank and Son's for the stuff that they didn't bring to Botcon. :)

ya, this place is really good. I recommend Phat Collectibles. The owners are very nice, and they have very good prices usually.

I like Phat collectibles. He has an awesome G1 collection on display to drool on. However since he is kinda an action figure expert He has a better selection but I never find any real bargains there. Len and kathys can be hit or miss but I have gotten some real steals there

I believe the store you're thinking of is Kimono My House. Unfortunately, they closed up shop earlier this year as the owner decided to retire.

If you are heading down to OC anyway (Len & Kathy's Collectibles and Phat Collectibles) You might hit Anime King On Edinger in Huntingtion Beach too.
