thought he wrote "IT isn't on ebay" instead of "THAT isn't" thanks for making me look like an idiot
Now they need to start making Clear "Lunchtime Special" versions of the mold!
from what I've heard, gold plated is up next.
Hmmm what a dilema.....
It technically is REAL........
He asked for something NOT on ebay!
It's not official.
dang thats alot for a KO
These just can't be "real". I mean, they come from real molds, but they're not sanctioned by Hasbro in any way shape or form.
Original molds aren’t needed to make a toy. A new mold can be created by using an existing toy. Molds created using this process will have their imperfections, but it can be done. My guess is these were produced using this process. These are very, very good bootlegs, I must admit, and I’m interested in seeing their other versions of it down the line, but we can’t forget that that’s what they are… bootlegs and nothing else.
It'd be nice to have a direct comparison with a real French Prime so we know if there are any imperfections (size differences etc.).
I'm hoping Fred can pick one up and do a nice comparison article.
Bad news for ya...
He's calling it quits?!?
caution when buying these from overseas sellers. My friend just got his, and US customs completely destroyed the box. The box was the best part about this KO ... and they killed it.
I'm very fortunate that mine made it though safely.
yes, realized in post #22...now ur the late one
Wha? Why? That's so ******ed. I could understand if it was a reissue or bootleg Megatron, but that? Makes no damn sense.
it had to have been the size of the box ... this pisses me off so badly.
e3nine, if you don't mind me asking, did you purchase from this eBay seller? If so, where does the item ship from?
You know...you can probably get a real mib prime for less? I can not see paying $150 for a Knock off...no matter if it was made from an Illegally Aquired mold
So, are you getting one?
