    Sweet news for Superman fans: In "honor" of the release of Superman Returns (ie - cheap marketing ploy), WB will finally be releasing Dick Donner's original version of Superman 2 on DVD!

    Yeah I've heard about all the differences it has. I would love to actually see it; although I'd like to see them put the Superboy series from the 80's on DVD before they make special editions to the other movies. According to the article about this at supermanhomepage.com the same company has the rights to all the movies and that show.

    It's about time. WB really messed up letting Donner go on that one. I wish he would have done all 4 movies and then maybe the last two would have been decent.

    I hope it will be available on it's own. I bough the Superman collection on DVD for like 30 bucks so I don't need another set. I just want that Superman 2 and maybe Supergirl if it's rereleased under WB as well.
