Oh no please, not a lazy attempt at a new inferno ant figure.....give him a proper size class and mold

On the waspinator mold, maybe if they choosed to put all the insect legs on the arms, they could have been hidden better, pretty sure a third party could have find a way to propose a set of foldable legs, telescopic or something

Lets get the summary bullet-points of this thread out of the way:

    * "Don't judge this harshly. It's obviously mistransformed!"
    * "I shall judge harshly! T30 with no waist, bad knees, and self-destructing shoulders is better!"
    * "The design looks similar to the earlier toy"
    * "I yell at you that this is not a remold regardless of whether or not you actually said or even implied so."

Hmm maybe he needs some Fossilizer parts sticking out of those ports so he can defend himself against dismemberment!

If this is official, I\'ll buy one. He runs miles around the Thrilling 30 version, and I love the purple wings. I hope this isn\'t a custom.

If Inferno gets stuck with a Waspinator retool then there will be no reason not to just keep using the OG Inferno toy.

That's that main difference between Inferno and Terrorsaur: Terrorsaur's OG toy was so lacking that an Airazor remold will still probably be an upgrade. Whereas OG Inferno was already quite accurate and well scaled. A Waspinator retool just ain't gonna beat it.

I don’t care for the pale yellow plastic here.

Much prefer the shade on the T30.

so is the blaster stored in the abdomen instead of being part of the abdomen like the original 96 and T30 versions? Like does the abdomen pop open and you can pull the blaster out?

Couldn’t even “afford” give this guy a stinger…

I better expect something good for $30 Tigatron. If he’s gonna be as half-assed as Cheetor, then they might as well have given us Polar Claw instead.

Not thrilled by the sudden drop of quality right after this announcement of an increased price in these figures.

Haven’t seen this mentioned, but man those insect mode eyes are weird… the way they’re not solid ovals, but instead are designed to circumvent the antennae. That’s pretty bad designing right there. The antennae should have either been repositioned or the eyes made slightly smaller or… something?

There has to be a joke here somewhere about a robot famous for falling apart wearing the body parts of another robot designed to fall apart.

It's not bad design, it's more like hornet eyes, and hornets are a type of wasp
