Anyone else's Cyclonus show up with a stress mark on the middle window beam of the cockpit? Such an odd place to get a stress mark.

In this case it's not that odd, consider that the point where the cockpit rotates for transformation is very near so the stress mark might have appeared when they put the pin in place, hopefully it isn't misaligned.

Speaking of misaligned pins, on my figure one of he pins for where his hands rotate to hide inside the arm seems a bit off center, I remember seeing some pics of someone's Cyclonus breaking there because of a misaligned pin (or is it a rivet) so I really hope mine doesn't break and that this isn't some widespread issue.

Looking at this one more..this is one of the sexiest Made up jets in all of TF Lore, Ans me being an aviation nut, I never seen the real shape of his form until now.

I really want a $50 repaint with a metallic paint job over all his purple.

Bot mode is SO damn perfect. Seriously..cant believe I rolled my eyes about Studio and TF revisiting the 86 movie. Utterly fantastic so far.

Is there an easy way to fix Cyclonus's knee from popping out of his shin every time you try to bend his knees? One knee on mine stays in just fine, but the other likes to come out unless I keep it down myself.

Not gonna lie. This is the best cyclonus figure I've seen in quite a long time from Hasbro.

Also this is the best G1 interpretation of a G1 character aside from Siege JETFIRE, that I have EVER seen from Hasbro in the last oh, 40 years or so.

Though It's not without it's nitpicks.

Just going off of the copy I have:

His ankles absolutely suck. Infact he's not as poseable as I'd have liked him to be all together. I also hate his tiny Toe Nubs. I feel like his actual feet should have been Longer. but yeah his shin boot whatever they are called hinder his ankle tilting so badly.

Still, just in terms of looks go, he looks perfect, He's damn near MP levels of Perfect as far as stepping out of the Cartoon Movie is concerned.

    One more little nitpick,

I wish he came with a Brand new mold of or even a Generations reissue of Nightstick.

His Alt mode is flawless in all honesty. I just wish he had more option for weapon storage.

I consider his gaps near cockpit area to be Air Intakes. I have zero issue with it.

GERWALK MODE isnt too shabby. His lame feet can actually hold the pose without falling over. Unless you blow on it slightly. :lol

My shown up last night, and I echo everyone else saying this is the best official Cyclonus figure made. I like how you can give him a Megaman style arm cannon due to how the arms transform. There's nothing more I can say about the jet mode that hasn't been said already.

Boy does this guy have presence. While I really like the more modernized design of the old Classics mold, this guy's sheer size puts him in a class of his own. Plus he has all the articulation of the old one, and more.

The transformation is very intuitive. I looked at some of the earlier pics so I know I'm not the only one, but my only complaint is... is there no way to get the painted pieces that form the sides of his chest to sit flush in vehicle mode? There's always a little gap...

The common opinion (which I agree with) is those are just air intakes and they are supposed to look like that

His light piping is like staring at you with a laser beam. Wow. Nice solid feel, original transformation, perfectly sized to intimidate other Decepticons and Autobots. I agree with all the positive things said about Cyclonus. He is what we’ve been waiting for. Must have.

DBA6BB84-EDA4-4D9E-9491-6DC64EDE2F6F.jpeg Well......damn. This is hastak showing other designers that they are still the best when they given the opportunity. Both modes are clean and look great. The nose one unfolding and hiding of the head was one of those transformation moments similar to transforming MP grapple and the hiding of the crane arm. The plastic feels solid as well. I will gladly pay the increased price points if it shows up as a quality design and materials like this. I’m still going to keep my Eligos , but I don’t see me transforming him anytime soon since I have this. If hastak keeps this up, I may be putting a whole bunch of my MP collection up for sale. It’s so good it makes earthrise look bad, and I’ve been a big fan of earthrise.

Just got this guy this morning from Amazon (no thanks to you, Target).

This guy is the most impressivly-made Transformer I've touched in years. He's got some heft to him and every joint on him is nice and stiff without feeling flimsy at all. And he's tall to boot.

The only real lost opportunity here is you can't plug his gun into his 'fist hole' like you can his Universe version.

ED: stuck Firedrive on him (been using him as the Siege Nightstick since I have no Hot Rod ATM) and his front attachment point (to attach to the other mold of the guns) gets in the way of the cockpit in vehicle mode. And his 5mm post doesn't stay in the wings (obviously because they're too shallow of sockets)

So... the head of the pin that holds the cockpit / arm section onto his pack just snapped clean off out of nowhere. I wasn't even handling that part of the figure when it happened. I guess it was pressured by the way I pulled the arms / wings up on their hinges during transformation, so be careful.

    20210130_163122.jpg

I don't think it's a huge deal because the peg that goes through sits pretty solidly, so the whole thing only separates if I actually pull it, but... I've owned the figure 24 hours... come on.
