Ah wink wink nudge nudge, say no more say no more,
I hope a 3rd party company makes a small bicycle pump with a nozzle that fits in stand ports.
Skelivore’s purple suits the mold. It looks really good in the darker colours. The tan parts from Paleotrex are clear purple and the brown parts become either a solid dark pinkish-purple or black. With the silver paint apps it looks great and the darker colours work well on the skull head. My only concern is the clear plastic feels brittle and may crack in time. I bought two and both have loose right fists so that if you rotate the wrists too far, the mushroom peg pops out of the clear forearm.
No degradation on Megatron and all joints are nice and tight.
The Matrix and bandolier is all one piece and made of rubbery plastic. Little rubber hooks on the end of each part of the bandolier hold it in place. Once you’ve worked out where the connection points are. It’s easy to fit and is secure in its place. It also fits on Earthrise Megatron.
I think the set is worth it. The only down side is that it’s a premium silver painted, Battle-damaged Megatron in the Netflix line, very similar to the previous premium silver painted, Battle-damaged Megatron in the Netflix line. I’d rather they used the G2 purple Megatron colours.
Not gonna lie, I am concerned about the clear plastic. My one doubt about this set.
Man, sounds like he got Cybertronian acid splashed all over him and had to hit up an eldritch, magical demi-god to make a deal and continue his conquest of Earth. Or something.
Well I mean can you blame him, he’s so famished he’s practically skin and bones!
I’ll see myself out.
What kind of rubbery plastic does it feel like? Don't want it to end up melting onto the figure in the long run...
Skellivore means I'm holding onto my preorder even more now.
Love the look of Skelivore, and that Matrix accessory looks pretty cool. But I can\'t justify getting yet ANOTHER Siege Megs. Already have three. If they had put a repaint of the Earthrise mold I would consider it (since I never once saw that one in the wild).
Ditto, except for the having three. I have no interest in a second Siege Megatron. If they’d used the Earthrise mold I’d have been 100% in on this.
I may wait for Skelevore to hit the aftermarket in a few years or await for a sale on this becuase 50 dollars isn\'t worth another Megatron
I'm shocked the UK is getting this so early. I'm used to them getting things in sooner, but four months? Jeez! I am happy at least that Skelivore is a new character and not just purple Paleotrex. I always thought Battlefield Rung was pretty pointless.
...okay, is anyone else mad that this guy got the badass name Skelivore while the mainline only got Paleotrex?
Skelivore sounds like “Skeletor” mixed with…vore…
Sounds like a mix of Skeleton and Vore - which is kinda lewd and a bit silly. Translated it'd mean 'the supporting framework' of 'eating'
Paleotrex is at least a mixture of 'older/ancient' and 'king of the tyrant lizards'
edit: wrong thread apologies lol.
Boo, he doesn't come with his "best buddy"...
A repaint of virtually any other voyager would of been a better choice. Netflix Megatron is awesome but there are too many Megatron's from that mold. Siege, netflix, earthrise ect. I actually kept him for earthrise I do like him. A primus deco of hotrod would fly off the shelves
Still not worth buying, but \"Skelivore\" sounds awesome.
That\'s an unfortunate name.
