Yeah, getting proper looks at him do him wonders.

The arms (specifically the fists) are way better looking when you see them at the proper angle. I was worried that the fist would be more recessed into the arms, but the pegs are definitely above the fists like the artwork.

I like him a lot. I still need a Metroplex for him and Sixgun though.

 

Having seen all the wave 4 now, it is clear to me that Tigatron is the best piece of the wave. Pipes is okay, despite it being a reuse it's the best of the 4 deluxes imho.

 

The waist and thighs seem way too thin proportionally.

wish he was closer to the iron factory design: I like the way it’s shaped so much more, though I prefer the hasbro size and articulation.

So, finally he is a completely new mold

 

He definitely looks like he could use a Toyhax sticker set.

 

~90% new. As identified earlier in the thread, he uses the same hip and thigh parts as Ironworks/Greasepit.

 

I'll pass and wait for Metrotank. Unless Metrotank never comes or is a limited exclusive.

 

God, only 90% original? Might as well have slapped a Slammer head on Warpath and called it a day with that amount of parts reuse.

That transformation is significantly more complicated than I anticipated. Whole lotta little pieces that gotta go every which way. I'll be getting him regardless, but I'll have to keep extra-special track of all his bits.

 

I think he looks great but the more I look at him the more I am drawn to his crotch... It's so white and all bits around it is black. He got a white head and white lower arms also so too me it looks a bit like a dude with a t-shirt and pants but with his manly bits hanging out of his pants.

I would have preferd it if his crotch bit was light grey instead of white but I'll get used to him being a bit of a perv I guess. Besides that I still think he is awesome though!

Thanks for finally making a new Slammer -- who transforms and is a weaponizer too! -- to go with Siege Sixgun. So hey, remember that thing you said about wanting to complete sets/groups? Sixgun, Slammer, and one more to go: Scamper. C'mon. You know he'll sell. And a new Scamper will satisfy that obsessive-compulsive completionist urge you've got.

Do it. Start work on Legacy Scamper.

 

I don't think a new Scamper is immediately in the works since the previous Titan Metroplex already came with him. A Deluxe-sized rendition wouldn't fit in Metroplex's chest garage, either.

 

Looks good. I like that all these toyish drones from G1 finally got a robot mode and some personality.

 

Looks great, alt mode is spot on, but with more detail and paint. I find the grey/beige color weird at first, but then I remembered he had that color in his one cartoon appearance (I think it was when Swindle stole Metroplex\' transformation cog).

 

That’s fair. Doesn’t change my opinion, however.
