Honestly What I’ve been really wanting is a SS86 Grimlock in BW Megatron colors with new head.  
This would spark joy

 

chest in robot mode too ( make it look more like the g1 cartoon ) but yeah that would have been soooo much better.

The color separation for grimlock is a joke

 

I get where you're coming from, but BW Grimlock originally was a Dinobot repaint.

 

OH MY GOD I WANT BOTH OF THOSE!!

I mean, I’m ok with Grimlock as it is, but that would have been SO MUCH BETTER.

Also between Hasbro and TT, we need a name for the red Mirage like all the other Diaclone ones... How about digging up the name Indy Heat?

 

Still want a RID Skid-Z repaint from Mirage Hasbro...

 

I honestly thought Siege Mirage, like Sideswipe and Hound, fell into the “close enough” category as far as vehicles went, but this one does look really nice.

I really hope his one gun can shoulder mount though.

 

Man that Grimlock, would've made too much sense wouldn't it? Can't have the figure look too nice now can we? As for Diaclone red Mirage, if they did him I'd hope they'd use the alternate head the Transparent mirage from the 3 pack had since it matches up with the original toy and helps differ it from the normal Mirage

 

This. Although "spotted pelt" dino deco Kingdom Grimlock is easily repainted with some minimal effort, tbh.

I'm more keen on Red Diaclone inspired Mirage ever being a Generation selects offering down the line...

Yeah that's what I was expecting from Grimlock. I finally cancelled my preorder. Even if you're going to make a new coloration the color blocking should have been much better. The split feet look rediculous. The head sculpt is amazing, I think the best bet on seeing it again as a Toy variation of Dinobot. I'll be over here hoping.

 

I remain disappointed they bumped Polar Claw for a Voyager Tigatron. Precisely because a panda bot would've been on the table...

I know we've already got "B'Boom" out there, but "Bamboom" would be a perfect name for it.

I get why people are upset over the changes hastak did to grimlock. I'm kinda liking the alt-mode deco though, kind of reminds me of these from Zoo tycoon:
