Nah, bang for buck, engineering, use of budget, and mass are also factors. Easiest measure of change in plastic amount or proper use of it however, is size.

Tbh most old leaders have the same possibility as the WFC leaders. Of course, there are odd ones out of the group that are more articulated, just like occasional more articulated figures in WFC.

Also I doubt any of you would have any other repossessed to me if I brought in mass and plastic amount. Been through these kinds of threads enough times to know people love defending figures that aren’t even out yet.

I’m guessing you think the only leaders I’m referring to are potp ones or the ones from the dark era of TF where Hasbro was cost cutting to hell and back. Those are not.

He's not the size of a voyager, and he's significantly more complex and not hollow in comparison to the old leaders.

 

which ones you wanna go with because CHUG only has about 7 years worth of leaders? Jetfire? Very limited and very hallow and was retooled/repainted three times for combiner wars and they had had the same articulation that was on par with scout class figures. Magnus? A figure I actually like but not on par with WFC version due to being heavily hallow and limited in his articulation. Titans return ones? Very basic articulation again and very hallow due to their gimmicks. Like I said the only leaders of the last lines that had modern articulation going on was CW Megs but even he had his flaws.
